Way cool, thanks for sharing, where did you get that tape? What is it called?
Is your design publicly available?

The tape is tamper-resistant holographic tape which I found on ebay. I'm exploring other possibly more secure (and pretty!) alternatives.

The design will be publicly available once I finalize it. I'm trying to solicit as much feedback (and testing) as possible first. Ultimately an online / offline JS generator and PSD/PDF files will be published at http://bitcoinpaperwallet.com

Hey that's a great adaptation of the traditional bitcoin wallet design.

Here's the folding design I worked on myself this weekend:

Where can I get a high resolution image of that paper wallet design?

I have created a vector image of one substantially similar to that.

Once upon a time I ran a contest which resulted in the creation of that image.  I asked for a vector image.  Unfortunately, some elements of that image were delivered as raster, and weren't scalable.  So I took it upon myself to replace them with new content that was 100% vector.

The file I published at https://casascius.com/colornote.htm contains an .svg of my work, as well as some javascript to skin it with different colors.  This work can scale to any resolution.

I'm still planning to incorporate your modified svg into bitaddress when I get some time. So high resolution prints can be done right from the site.

The original was designed by: "DOCTOR 75R_"

You can tip him here: 1EUbpbRV68Rap4JcQFkfxd2urgv9hLy2uu

I just adapted the design a little for a paper savings note:  (it still needs improving)

How can I get it? Is it for sale?
