Your problem is simple first transaction which you sent 244 usd got cancelled and it got refund back to your wallet but as the transaction got cancelled you being genuine you resend the same 244 usd back to your friend with new transaction but after some time your old transaction got revoked and now you have 2 transaction in the wallet with 244 usd same value and if i am not wrong your both transaction are in still pending in unconfirmed position.
Now coming to the main point is that you have to contact your sender friend and tell him the full story and ask him to resend the one transaction if both 244 usd transaction gets confirmed then he can send back the extra paid bitcoins. If he refuses then nothing can be done and you have to accept it as a loss.

So far all I can understand is that you sent 244 to a friend , the transaction was not confirmed , dropped from the mempool and then sent again without your approval.
This while you sent another transaction of 244.
Now to solve this mess.

I cannot fully understand your post, but if you are not the one who sends it to your friend then you can just ask him that you need your btc back, he is your friend after all, and in fact he will notice that you just send another $244. You just must be hacked or something but for me that is not the case, because if this is what happens why sending it to your friend? I do not know if you can broadcast your transaction again when it is already dropped by mempool but that is the only possible reason your previous transaction is back in mempool. if it gets confirmed, you can ask your friend to send it back to you.
If the transaction fails and gets dropped from node mempools, then you can just spend that coin as you like.

and its still waiting confirmation I don't fully understand your post but it seems there was a transaction without your permission? In that case, you most likely got hacked and your blockchain.info account is compromised. Thought luck. There's nothing you can do once the money is sent out of the wallet because bitcoin transactions aren't reversible.
