All my work with Yobit is fine, transferring tokens is simple and fast. The only error is that when I sell a large amount of tokens I can not, and I have no right to cancel the order, they are still in the "Reserved in orders" state. It's been over a month. That was a huge inconvenience.

I sent ETH to my Yobit account 4 days ago but they never arrived, I contacted support 6 times but they never reply!!

Is this exchange scam!!??...how can I contact them??
