I like Cryptsy, but the support is really poor.
2 tickets pending, 1 (withdrawal of XRP) waiting for nearly 1 week, to other ticket 2 weeks and still no progress.
Will move my funds and future tradings to a competitor.

XRP has a few issues we are ironing out since we use a third party to process our transactions.
We hope to have the kinks worked out within a few days. Yours should get resent soon
If nobody bothered to reply to jawitech's and other customers tickets to explain the situation it could cost Cryptsy lost business. You could at least reply to their tickets telling them what you said here.

Exactly. No problem to wait if I know there are problems and you are working on it. But support only sent a default reply (we will take care, be patient) and nothing happens for days. That's poor support...
