There is a whole week to get more deposits, advertisement on Bitvisitor, freebitco or elsewhere would bring a lot of players

This is not a scam. It's a paying ponzi. If people invest after you, you will profit. Simple as that. You can check the blockchain transactions to see if it is legitimate.
