When you watch the breakdown of what is happening, you see that Weld's language really only pushed Trump to greater heights.
Nobody knows what was in Weld's heart when he said this stuff. But it served to increase Trump's veracity. And it even got you to increase Trump's veracity by helping to publish this Trump-supportive material.
