Things are not necessarily swift when it comes to regaining access to your 2FA protected accounts, so there’s no need to panic after a couple of hours with no reply from Binance. TryNinja has given you the link to the procedure to follow on Binance, and if you read through it, you’ll see that the wait may even be in the 10 day range once you’re on track and supply the necessary documentation (depending of whether you have your 2FA backup codes or not).

You’re probably fortunate that it happened on Binance, since most of the cases I’ve read about gained access to their account only after some minor hiccups. I’ve seen similar cases where the exchange in question was Hitbtc, and the whole procedure can take months and a lot of digging around to find TX hashes, balances and so on as part of the required documentation.

As has been suggested on this and other threads, alternative 2FAs which allow for backups, such as Authy, are recommendable. With Authy, you can even have you 2FA access clone on another device (i.e. 2 phones, a phone and a Tablet, etc.).

That is why i hate google authenticator because it is difficult to recover once you lose your phone. A better option is to simply use SMS as you can recover your number more easily from your mobile network provider
There are way better 2FA solutions which are way easier to recover on the way, for example Hydro. Just the adoption at big exchanges is lacking, but this will come for sure.

Nice information sir, but i didn't know how to use this app. Apps or website? I searched and finding website, so i registered. Please tell me how do i work with this. Thanks you
I use Authenticator Plus... it's an android app available for download from the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mufri.authenticatorplus

It works just like the Google Authenticator app, when you setup 2FA on a website, it will give you the QR Code (and the "backup key"), you use Authenticator Plus to scan the QR Code (just like you would with Google Authenticator) and it creates the same 2FA codes... the advantage of apps like Authenticator Plus, is that it gives you the option to create secure encrypted backups on local device or cloud storage which can then be restored if your device is broken/lost/wiped.

Authy has an android app as well: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.authy.authy
and is also on Apple Store: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/authy/id494168017

I don't know about the others.

Just FYI, another option is to use a Google Authenticator compatible app that allows backups... apps like Authy, Authenticator Plus, Duo etc...

That way, if you lose, wipe or break your device, you will be able to recover all your Google Authenticator codes easily.

It's always in your best interest to back up you google authenticator codes, as its really an arduous task to recover your codes incase of any damage or loss of your device..
Always try to stay ahead and avoid unnecessary hassels

Hello everybody! How can I disable my 2fa on binance if I lost my phone? Now I have new but I don't know how to access my account(didn't completed KYC) and don't remember my LTC addresses...only remember approximately how much money is on the account and what coins are there...I wrote to technical support about 2 hour ago but still get no answer...

Hey the first thing you should have done was to do a quick search, and followed the instructions given in this link https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003585911-How-to-Reset-Google-2FA. I would recommend you to write down your details, somewhere safe and they should include your seed, and keys. Also in my recommendations you'll be better with a wallet like Electrum or Paper wallet, cause if Binance suspects your account you may loose your coins as you don't have KYC done.

Technical support can take more than two hours. Just be patient, you will be able to reset your 2fa. Just wait for them to tell you what to do. Just dont click on any links if you are unsure what you are doing.

You can request a 2FA reset by following these instructions: https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003585911-How-to-Reset-Google-2FA

This. And take note to backup your Binance's backup code, preferably simply print them out on paper then lock them out on a safe; to prevent similar problems in the future.
