If Binance is closing on new accounts then it should be only temporary. There is no way an exchange stopping new people from opening accounts as it is business.

They might have problems with their servers handling the workload at the moment, but they wont continue to stop new users from joining for long in my opinion. After all these are all users that will generate revenue for Binance and they surely dont want to miss out on those revenues for long.
That is most likely right, as server load is the only possible reason for them to want to refuse business. Registrations are now open again and Binance also spoke out against sellers of Binance accounts saying that they will be detected and suspended, which really isn't that hard for them to do. Buyers and sellers of these accounts have no reason to keep doing it. You can just get a free account through the official means of doing it without breaking any of their rules or risking losing the account to the original owner.

This is not quite relevant, as unlike most other exchanges, Binance does not actually ask for any personal identifying information in order to create accounts as long as you stay within the basic level of verification limits. Unless the account sellers are at a higher level verification on the platform, this would be a non-issue. Rather than that, the real reason why you don't want to sell (or buy) these accounts is to avoid getting the account suspended, a result that would negatively affect both the seller and the buyer. Furthermore, the buyer is never really safe when buying accounts from a seller, not only because of the chance of getting scammed on the initial transaction, but also because they may reclaim the account by arguing to Binance support that they got hacked.
My advice to all sellers:

But how can they claim the account if they did not activate 2FA or google authenticator on the account before handing it over to them?All they have used to register is just an email address and your documents you send in to verify an account to pass their validation is to send those in for their review.
Unless they did not give you the email account they used to register with, would they be able to retrieve they account back is as far as I can see how they would be able too.

A warning here. These posters most likely came here just to spam their Binance referral links without actually posting anything constructive or new to the thread. The actual URL you can go to if you want to still be able to register for Binance (by the looks of it) is https://launchpad.binance.com/register.html. This link has no referral code, so no need to worry about those spammers. If anybody without a Binance account could confirm to be that this method does actually work that would be great. I am not able to check for myself since I already have an account with Binance and don't want to potentially break their rules. It is possible that the registration checks are done completely server-side, however.

Got the Binance account and Hotmail account associated with it. Was able to change the password on both and apply security to keep the account Everything when flawless in less than 30 minutes.
I even contact Binance to change the email associated with the account, with the required documents that they ask.
For the cost, I consider that a donation for the services made. Seriously, I can't see what's wrong with 30$. Better than to wait 1-2-3-4 weeks before Binance open the registration again... It's like giving the account for free, but giving him 30$ for the time he spend creating everything.

Because if their was then I would think that binance will find out you did this and ban your account anyways for using a "backdoor" method to by pass their own screening process for account creation.

It is quite surprising that Binance has closed registrations. I personally registered only a few days ago, so I must have gotten quite lucky. In their official post about this, which you can find at https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003773671-Binance-Will-Temporarily-Disable-New-User-Registrations they mention that this is only temporary. If I were in the situation of anyone looking to get a Binance account, I would wait for them to re-enable account registrations rather than buy an account from someone else such as OP in here. The risks far outweigh the benefits. You do not know if your account might get suspended or the history of the account plus the possible recovery options for the original owner. Even if all of these were cleared, I doubt Binance will wait much longer to re-enable registration, since every day that passes without new registrations results in more potential money lost for them. Honestly, it surprises me it has already been like this for 2 days.

An alternative account to prove OP to be legit, how nice. Provide the proof that you have bought the account. Seems to be quite otherwise as the account was created today only and the first post was to prove how wonderfully legit the OP is. People always tend to use the same old tricks. If you sell you must sell it including your email account and may be you have an alternative e-mail account bound to your email account, that is littlebit dangerous for someone who buys or takes it over
The IP address change at every time... when I'm connect from the mobile I use one IP thats its different that home IP, that change every day aprox... I'm from Spain and this week I'm in France, my Binance and Bitfinex accounts are working fine 
So this is not a problem, I have two accounts, I can give one for free to demonstrate that works. Its not possible to know if the account is sold or not.

Idiots would fall for this,obviously. And this thread doesn't belong in this section right? OP,binance may block this account of yours most probably,due to change in the IP address. So the buyer would be scammed ,indirectly. I do not understand why people sell accounts of exchanges,which somehow tends to get blocked sooner or later after the buyer's eyes are filled with greed which makes him purchase the account. Even if you're willing to "refund" if any problem arises(which is going to happen definitely),you would be the one with a loss,which you won't like,so you most likely will run away.

I'm selling an account and a mail, so you don't need to change the email address, you can add two steps verification in Binance and in Email to get more security.
I give you the account with 0BTC, if you have any problema like binance close this account I will refund you the money for the purchase.

Huh binance closed registration, I had no idea. I just registered few weeks ago. It is a good exchange but would people rally want to buy a account for it rather than using some other exchange? Also the registration might get opened again soon.
Because there are some top coins that arent listed in bittrex or poloniex so people are swarming there ( besides that there are alot cutting edge competition in binance )

I see I thought it was just a free account that he wants to spare away since he did mentioned that he has his bitfinex account as his main account so this probably doesn't have any coin to hold and wants to help other traders that are unlucky to register when binance started to give that announcement. For sure many will make this a type of business only for those that made tons of accounts there. I still don't have an account as I didn't used them since before.
