I have been suffering with this problem every day, and from what I see this problem started since October when they put out that statement warning people that they should do KYC... which annoys the most Is that when I buy and they disconnect me I take too long to re-enter the account due to the fact that I have 2FA, yesterday for example I bought bitcoin and when I was about to sell I can see that they disconnected me and it took me time to re-enter the site and as a result I couldn't sell bitcoin on the top, there is been like this every day

Looks like they are aware of the issue. Contact support and we'll see.

OP: Did you guys also get logged out automatically on the Binance App?
MOD: Good day, yes we are aware of this. It's happening because of an update you can log in again nothing to worry about

But my experience with binance support has been poor recently. I'd say talk to at least 2 different support agents.

So I think it's your internet and maybe you are using a different DNS and not the ISP DNS that cause this problem.
I am using ISP DNS, was logged in at my home, connected with my WiFi with the only one device that I use on Binance.

To make things more clear, I'll state again:
1. I was logged in on Binance App, opened Short position on Mana.
2. Price was rising and I decided to open Long position (I use Hedge Mode) as an insurance but once I clicked on the Open Long button, I was immediately disconnected and in 10-15 seconds, the price had 29.49% Rise. You can check it yourself on Binance Futures Mana/USDT Section. Price went from 4.0864 to 5.3000.
30% rise in some seconds and this accident at the same time, idk what to think other than this.

Very sad. I doubt if they might refund you. The excuse derivative exchanges usually use is that once you get liquidated or make a loss, it means someone on the other side is making profit and not Binance.

I noticed the constant logging out in my Binance app too and it's a common complaint by many individuals

Possible causes
1. Binance bug
2. Security measure??
3. Logging in at the same time in the app or web version or in different devices.
4. Every time you update your app or OS

Solution:

I personally never use Binance when trading Derivates. I use FTX, Phemex, Bybit. You should probably look for an alternative derivative exchange too.

I've had some weeks the app disconnected every couple of days and had to re-login, but actually lately it seems to have stabilized again (I don't know though if it's after the last update or it's because I've bought a better WiFi router).

OP - I am not sure if you'll be able to prove it was Binance's fault. And they can easily claim that it was some automatic feature for your own security. Or maybe your app has been updated (do you have automatic updates on?)
If you want to do this kind of operations where you have to be there continuously, you should consider doing that from a PC/laptop.

What can I do to get my money back? Is there any way? I didn't click on logout on my own, Binance just logged me out.

You might as well try, but it's really unlikely imo especially if the problem wasn't really on Binance's side. And since I don't see mass complaints from people(yet) on other crypto communities, it was probably an issue on your side.

Block halving is coming.
Is that the Binance app because recently I had issues not on Binance future but on their spot exchange and it keeps me disconnecting even I have stable internet and automatically log out.

What I did to fix the issue is by disabling my automatic DNS from the phone and let use the ISP DNS.
So I think it's your internet and maybe you are using a different DNS and not the ISP DNS that cause this problem.

You should always check the https://www.coingecko.com/en/derivatives/futures then compare the price and maybe before you put a short position on that price it increases in value and your internet has a connection or slow internet and didn't show right away when you are taking a short position.

Why not, try to contact them instead if you believe that it was their fault?
You can use the support chat function on their app if you are using the app.

Hello guys, I was trading at the moment on Binance futures, had a short position opened on MANA/USDT pair. Traditionally I use Hedge Mode in order to stabilize the situation if something goes wrong but right now, my experience was very different and yeah, everything happened right now, seconds ago.
Opened Short position on Mana at 3.02 Price (10:00 minute according to forum time) with 2x leverage, then, on 10:34 I decided to open Long position cause it wasn't stopping and thought that 4.0 would be another hit but somehow, binance just pushed me away and out of nowhere it got me logged out. I immediately tried to login again but in some seconds, yeah, in some seconds price hit 5.3 and then 5.6 USD and I got liquidated.
What can I do to get my money back? Is there any way? I didn't click on logout on my own, Binance just logged me out.
