Since it's a new account, you can probably try reaching out to the support and ask them if they could add it for you manually. It's not guaranteed to work but it's worth trying. I know that some services allow that.

Nope. You can only use a referral code when creating the account. After you have one, there isn't any other kind of promotional code.

They have a referral program where you can use someone's code and get up to 20% off from your trading fees. I can PM you mine if you want, but I can only give you 10% back (needs 500+ BNB to offer 20%).

If you want to chase the 20%, try to find the code of someone that can offer it (they can lie about it, though).
