I never see a chain where you can make tx without paying gas with its native currency.
Ever heard of EOS?
I believe there so many more, especially those that use the Proof of stake algo.

If you buy on the CEX exchange I think it will be a bit expensive in the withdrawal because the withdrawal from the exchange is set higher, and it is better to look a little in the exchange thread.
Withdrawal fee is still very low. 0.0005 BNB. That's around 0.18 USD right now.

I currently have 95 USDC , 0 ETH 0 BNB, in my wallet. I can't get it moving because I have insufficient gas, which is BNB currency on this wallet. Is the only way to move this USDC from here, by buying BNB, and sending it to my wallets address? Or can I do something specific to avoid that?

There's no other way. If you don't have the minimum amount to cover the transaction fee, you won't be able to send USDC anywhere. If you don't have a way to buy BNB, you can ask someone to send you a small amount ($0.50 should be fine, I think) and give them back in USDC or maybe someone will even send you for free. After all, this is not a large amount.

@OP.

You've got various suggestions already on what you shall do. Those suggestions were enough already for you to move the token that you have on the BSC.

I think it's already fine to close the thread since you have your question being answered. If you still have some answers, then post again on this thread.

You need to pay the native coin of the chain for the transaction to be processed which is actually very cheap compared to ethereum since the chain is centralized. This is same for the every token if you are holding them on the wallets but on exchanges you can pay the fee from the token itself which is lot higher than the actual network fee.

For this case, I would recommend you use Binance account where you can purchase BNB then send it no matter whether you are using BEP2 or BEP20 network. This would be best solution if you are getting trouble. I hope you have Binance account, if not get it now.

There's no such USDC chain, so there's no non custodial wallet can send USDC with on chain fee.

If you coin is still on exchange (e.g. Binance) you could send your coin with native coin as a fee, however it's not recommended to hold your coin on exchange.

Buying BNB, convert it to the BSC and then you can try to move your USDC out from your wallet easily. You can try to put a few dollars and then add it in your wallet to pay the fees in the network.
The only way for you to be able to send your USDC is through adding a very small BNB smartchain as transaction fees.
You can ask your friend to send a small amount of binance smartchain to your wallet too

Gas fees from the BSC network are very cheap and it is mandatory to have it in your wallet to send any tokens including USDC maybe you should look for it in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 and buy more so that one day can send again even with 1 cent tokens from BSC can be sent.

If you buy on the CEX exchange I think it will be a bit expensive in the withdrawal because the withdrawal from the exchange is set higher, and it is better to look a little in the exchange thread.

as mentioned above, you need bnb to pay the gas fee. that's the case for at least 95% of the network. i never see a chain where you can make tx without paying gas with its native currency. either buy bnb from cex or do a p2p trade if you don't want kyc or stuff like that.

You will really need BNB to move any token on the Binance Smart Chain. It's the same case with transferring erc-20 tokens where you need ETH for gas. When topping up your wallet, make sure you choose BEP-20 (BSC network) when you withdraw from exchanges.
