The fact is that their support is super slow. I had a problem with binance p2p where someone attempted to scam me over a week ago, and I tried to report the issue but up to today, I haven't got any chance of talking to a customer support agent. All I get are just generic bot replies.

I have made attempts to contact binance.us through email, twitter, their contact form, and messenger, but have never heard from them. do they usually ignore members email?
did you Whitelist Binance.US Emails?
Go to Settings on the top right ---> click Filters and Blocked Addresses ---> Create a new filter
In general, I expect that there will be a delay in responding to you, but this delay is not supposed to exceed a period of 4 days to one week.
If the duration increases, try to contact them through Reddit

Its been a few days, im in the US and actually used binance.us.  i will try reddit also, thank you

No, they're good in terms of customer support. Since when you have started sending them your concern? Did you just contact them within less than 24 hours?

If so, give them time to reply or check their reddit there's a pinned post there on how to use their new support system.

When you mailed them? I don't think usually they ignore the user's message. But you have to wait a few times. I do not expect a quick response from any exchange either Binance or any other. Due to huge pressure, they would take time to reply you. By the way, are you sure you had contacted through the right channel? If so, you need to wait for their response.

How many days since you messaged them?

Never used the US platform but they usually reply on the binance.com within a day. Try to follow up your issue everyday.

As for posting here, no one can help you here since there's no rep of binance on this forum, while on the other hand you can try to post and share your issue on r/binance,,
