Binance is working perfectly for months for me never faced any downtime.
I think this just a system update to make the future even faster in its use. The current user makes it to do it the more days crypto lover increase. The last information I read was the user binance over 6 million users.
It happens because binance is upgrading their system, they apologize to the users due to some mistakes.
This is a natural thing, because binance is not a fraudulent exchange site.
Now they are back to running as usual again, I also experienced the same thing, but they send an email notification to the user first.

Binance has no problem in our area. my country is from the Philippines. there is a new notification regarding scam and phising sites.

I think that binance is the official currency of binance trading platform, an extremely reliable digital money exchange platform with fast and convenient security. According to the information I have been looking for, binance will soon be launched and lending, a traditional coin but lending, is great. Please keep a lot of BNB because in my calculation, the price of it will increase in 2 to 3 months.
It's look good on me. But now they has close for new registration for awhile to upgrade their systems. Maybe you can register in a view day laters until their work has finish.
They will close new registrations soon because I guess with the new influx of capital coming into the markets, they cannot keep up with the demand so they had engine problems. Now I think they wish to stabilize things so this is actually a good news because we do not want problems when we are trading. I hope other exchanges will follow suit so that we can trade with ease.

I think almost all the exchange/trading sites are having technical errors recently due to surge of users. But I appreciate their efforts in keeping up with the demands by upgrading their system. I have an issue though with their account verification. I hope they will try to be more specific and reasonable in verifying users.
