Where are Binance located?

They seem to be the only exchange that has IOTA and SALT atm.

Just want to learn more about them.

Binance is located in China and I believe they are not touched by the last laws because there is no Fiat involved here. IOTA is available in Bitfinex as stated above and SALT can be found in Liqui too and Exodus wallet added them, so you should be able to trade them within the built-in exchange (ShapeShift.io API) with any other asset.

They are based in Asia, most likely in either Hong Kong, Taiwan or mainland China. I couldn't find any specific location, though.

They're not the only exchange that has IOTA listed, by the way. Bitfinex has them listed(even though i have a feeling you're from the US) as well as IOTA exchange(http://iotaexchange.com/).

Pretty sure Binance only had no fees for a certain period of time, after that they started to charge fees.

Are you talking about this exchange ?  https://www.binance.com/

Found that they have 0.10% trading fee and if you choose to pay in BNB than you can save upto 50% on that trading fee.

https://binance.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000429332

However they promote themselves as trading platform with 0 fee, the only zero fee they have is in deposits.  Grin

So, Its just some marketing trick to attract more users, thanks.

Could someone translate this information? It was posted on Binance.com recently, but its all written in Chinese.

I believe It has something to do with their token (BNB) and also GAS/NEO, Its better to post this to the Chinese Localboard section, you will get more help there.

Thanks

I too got confused. Bought some BNB first (to take the 50% discount)
bought some NEO but no fees were taken and no BNB deducted. I think they are having an opening offer.

The first page currently says that there is 0 trading fee while according to their BNB (Binance Coin token) blog article, that token could be used to pay exchange, withdrawal, listing fees and others. I want to know which one is true? I mean It doesn't make sense to pay a fee If there isn't any...
