It seems like OP simply wants to access binance.com from within the USA, which isn't allowed; US residents must use binance.us instead.

Just use Binance.com normally, probably while using a non-US IP VPN/proxy just to be sure as they might end up locking up your account because of your US IP. Chances are, you wouldn't need to submit KYC anyway if you aren't going to use a big amounts of money.

This. I actually found a case of a person on reddit being able to access his old Binance account using a VPN just a month ago. You'll notice several people making conflicting statements of it working and not working, and that's likely because Binance has blacklisted specific IPs they know are owned by a VPN service. OP, if you can't get your VPN to work, just try switching servers. Ones from smaller countries are probably unlikelier to get blacklisted.

But if it is only for educational purposes, maybe you can visit their Binance academy. There is some information about how to start trading in Binance and also other tutorial and information.
Check them here, they may help :

Demo tradings are different than real tradings. When you own real money in your accounts and go with trades, you can make more bad orders than in demo trades with unreal credited amount of money.

If you need documents to learn about trading.

1.How to start using/trading crypto on binance.com not binance.us while in the us for educational purposes?
Are you going to use it only for educational purposes? Or for real trading?
Well, actually, like what @OcTradism, there is no demo trading.

It's a great resource to read, especially if you are new to trading or even cryptocurrency itself.
+1, I also think Binance's docs are great especially for beginners. If you're looking to learn how to trade, then there are lots of tutorials you can find on the internet by looking up "Beginner trading guides" or "How to read stock charts". For example, this guide seems to provide quite a lot of resources for complete beginners in trading.

But keep in mind that the best education comes from practice, so it would not be a bad idea to deposit a small amount ($50-100) on a trading website such as Binance and trying various strategies there. Also, remember that cryptocurrencies are way more unpredictable than stocks are.. and learning to read a graph doesn't necessarily mean it'll always go your way.

Start from the bottom, and pave your path from there. It's the best thing you can really do.

1.How to start using/trading crypto on binance.com not binance.us while in the us for educational purposes?
To learn about trading, you will not have to only depend on binance, you will need to read some external contents. Although, binance have many tutorials that I believe is enough to help you, binance even have video contents you can watch in order to know how to trade and make use of their platform. I can advice you to download their app and register. At the up left side, you will see a symbol like human being icon, click on it, you will see help and support. There are many articles and videos you can make use of for learning there, anyone you think if and never seen, you can click on the search space and search for it. But, it will be nice if you also make use of external contents on YouTube and online to learn more about trading. Trading is easy to learn, but to make use of it to earn is not that simple, even people can lose, it is easy to lose for beginners than to gain. Learn the rules of trading and risk/fund management and never be greedy. Using small amount to trade for long time will be good for practice.

There are some tutorial guide on YouTube and Google about Binance. Also the exchange themselve prepared some content about different topics on blockchain and cryptocurrency not just only about their platform.

Educational purposes? What do you mean with this? Do you need to get experience on crypto exchanges, with Demo Tradings?

- Binance does not have Demo account.
- If you use Binance.com when you are in the US, your account will be locked by their geolocation block tool. You will have to contact their support to unlock your account.

Educational purpose meaning i would like to know just for the sake of knowing. What are Demo Tradings?
