Binance Tweeted that they expect to allow trading to be possible again tomorrow at 4AM UTC, so that should help getting the 'hack' speculations to decrease. Nowadays, which is somewhat understandable, every exchange that performs maintenance, or goes offline for a few hours, is going to stimulate hack speculations. It happened with Kraken as well. I hope that Binance will do a better job in that regard, because what Kraken did was just not acceptable. Them allowing people to do free trading will never compensate what losses people suffered, or what opportunities they have missed out on due to their incompetence....
No they are not hacked and according to them they are migrating their server which might not take more than 12 hours. They have posted several updates on this in their official twitter page and their website, check it.
Don't panic, everything might return to normal from tomorrow.
