BTC price road to $80k
Did you just recently deposit altcoin then exchange? I have past experienced but not in Binance Jersey but since Binance original looks the same as Binance jersey I believe that you are having issues on withdrawal because your funds are frozen?
Same that I contacted the binance before but seems like they don't know how to fix my issue and they giving me random links which are not helpful.

This is what I did. You need to wait for more hours or a day based on my experienced before you can withdraw them.

Look at this one https://www.reddit.com/r/binance/comments/7oyz5m/order_failed_insufficient_balance_frozen_funds/
He is having an issue to buy altcoin with bitcoin after they buy the balance just revert back. So this is I think what happens to you when you are withdrawing your Fiat...

Try to wait for a day before you withdraw them again.

They say they're regulated by these people - https://www.jerseyfsc.org  so threaten Binance with that first and if there's continued radio silence then go and talk to them.

It's easy for Brits to forget that the Channel Islands are not part of the UK or EU which is why Binance Jersey has never fully turned me on. On the upside the regulator may be an awful lot more responsive than somewhere bigger and more lumbering.

Hi, would be great to get advice from anyone who has had a similar experience.

I'm trying to cash out of my Binance Jersey account.

I have given BJ my correct account details (same account I deposited with).

After trying to withdraw with no success and contacting customer support, they advised pretty much that 'the withdrawal was unsuccessful - have a nice day'.

I have tried to withdraw multiple times and they keep giving no reason why they cannot do this, just iterations of the same message.

They only have email support, no phone number, and I'm pretty much stuck in this loop.

What steps can I take here to get my funds back if they are pretty much stonewalling me and giving me no meaningful reply or next step to get my funds back?

I am based in the UK, they are based in Jersey from my understanding.

Can I take legal action if they fail to send me back my funds?

Thanks for any advice.

this is the shitty problem with centralized exchanges, until everyone start slowly to switch to decentralized exchanges.

if there nice of chunk of money find good lawyer and you will see how fast they start to answer to any email
