I got my coins out and the frozen funds are gone in withdrawal page it looks like I just need to wait for a day or to wait for the blocks to confirm before I transfer my coins out from binance.
Anyway, this case is closed.

I'm not sure where did you read or get this information that Binance needs to wait for confirmation before you can withdraw your assets, there are no rules about that as far as I can see. You might be mistaken. Contacting their customer support is probably your best option now.

"Blocks to confirm" has nothing to do with your account with them. That's upto the network to confirm your transaction once broadcasted from the binance's end. I suggest you read a little bit more about bitcoins and transactions in general.On a side note, I'm surprised you're a legendary member here and don't know these very basics.

If the funds are frozen from their end, technically it isn't even sent out from their addresses and you don't have to wait for the blocks to confirm because no withdrawals are ever authorized. The two things you have said are somewhat contradicting each other. Upon checking the balances tab and withdrawals, do you see whether there is a 'pending' on any of the tabs or your balance was unchanged? If none of these things appear, contact their support immediately and watch out for emails regarding your issue.
The required number of confirmation is at the asset's deposit page, check and see if your deposit's number of confirmation is under or way past it. Better update the support if it's the latter. Nothing's wrong yet if it's the former, you just need to wait.

I recently bought some coins from binane but after taking them out from binance to my wallet I didn't receive any email from them.
I had this same issue few weeks ago when I wanted to withdraw my coins after their hack. I had to try two to three times and then once I got the email. I convinced myself saying that it was my email client's fault.May be you try few more time. Cancel the request and try again.

You will need to verify the link they will send to your email or they will not broadcast any tx for you. It's a security step you will need to pass.
