A lot have changed during this 2021 year. Most of good exchanges started to require an obligatory kyc. You can try to find some that still allow to trade without KYC, but install VPN before registration. As far as I know Kucoin (https://www.kucoin.com/ ) seems to be the good one exchange. Here you can read about their limits to non-verified clients (https://www.kucoin.com/news/en-complete-kyc-verification-to-enjoy-higher-withdrawal-limits ). Kuna (https://kuna.io/ ) is an another one exchange that still doesn’t demand obligatory verification. But be ready, it's only a matter of time when these exchanges also will be forced to made obligatory KYC for all traders.

Binance, OKB, Bitterex, not accept my citizenship, whats best alternative?
Most of the time I tarde BNB, BTC.
I want to trade 190K$.
Safety is number 1 Priority for me.
Low fee is number 2 Priority.

Guys my Citizenship is fkng Iran, I asked Binance support and guess what? They said not only they dont accept my KYC also they told me to leave Binance forever and they told me Im not allowed to use Binance even for small amount btc.

Indeed, not a few people are disappointed with some of the attitudes of Binance for its decision to reject the use of certain countries, but it is a very appropriate attitude according to them for several reasons such as prohibitions by certain countries not to give space to the Binance company to grow. For example, in Indonesia, some authorities firmly rejected Binance so that Binance's position in Indonesia had to leave, but the good news is because Binance is able to provide space for Indonesian users to continue to use it, even the company was able to survive, only the name of Binance was replaced by Tokocrypto for legality.
from the above review i suspect from your country maybe closing the space for binance company.

you can try latoken if you want to trade since they don't ask for KYC
Do not use Latoken exchange for buy selling crypto, i am not satisfied with latoken exchange, low security and fake volume.
Rather than everybody can use Kucoin exchange, becouse without any verification we can easily Trading, withdraw, stil i use Kucoin exchange without any kyc verification.

...Guys my Citizenship is fkng Iran..

Binance is a good exchange, but not the only one. Currently, there are still a large number of cryptocurrency exchanges where verification is not mandatory. I recommend you to register for margin trading on bybit.com, and for spot trading kucoin.com. Although these two types of trading are available on both exchanges.

In August, Finance made significant changes to the trading rules that prohibit unverified users from trading on the exchange. Starting from August, all new participants must pass KYC during registration, and restrictions for trading have been introduced for existing participants and they can only withdraw their coins from the exchange or undergo verification.
If you are talking about Binance then they recently told to verify your account or move out from the exchange. I am thinking what to make of this situation and whether i wanted to verify everything and even if i do so, will they be safe guarding my privacy is a big concern as you never know when these details will be exposed in the dark web.

The topic was started two years back and Binance never enforced KYC then, not sure why he wanted to ask the exchange when there was an exception during those period.

Whats your country name? Can you tell me?

he already said he is Iranian. binance has the right to change their rules though. users are still allowed to trade without kyc as long as they withdraw less than 0.06BTC. it's getting difficult to get BTC today from exchanges even the dex are not very friendly anymore. things have changed already.

There's a change now in Binance after that BTC0.06 limits for Basic Accounts. Now, all users are now mandatorily asked for KYC. Maybe they are forced to implement it because of hard regulations.

For OP's problem, consider checking Kucoin. It's also one of the top and reputable exchanges around. Didn't see a restriction on their terms that they are not accepting users from Iran unless there's a term about it but not mentioned in public.

For series of government interruption or shall we say disturbance we can say that this mandatory KYC is due to that situation. But yes they could try kucoin since they didn't force anything like this yet as well they could search other alternative options here https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ since I think there are many options listed on the top of cmc in terms of exchange rankings.

you can try latoken if you want to trade since they don't ask for KYC, but maybe you don't like the fees and also no BNB on that exchange that's why i switch to BINANCE because of low fees as well... By the way if you have BNB you can use swap sites for that. Just make research which site is good for your wallet because you need to connect and accept the permission so that you can trade your BNB in different assets.

Your country shouldn't be a limitation for you to trade or purchase bitcoin.  Bitcoin was made for this kind of situation.  I believe there are people in your country who will be willing to sell bitcoin for you. And when you are ready to turn your bitcoin to fiat,  I believe there will be people who will be willing to.  Bitcoin is unstoppable and not even exchange can stop bitcoin as a means of payment and transaction!

i have no idea which centralized exchanges should Iranian trade but there are dex available though. don't Iran have their own local exchange?

I guess the 0.06 limit from Binance has been revoked.
Now all users are forced to do KYC as I remember from last two weeks regarding some notification binance sending to all users.

To the op, i can recommend few exchanges where he can try.
Try WazirX, CoinDcx , and CoinSwitch.
I am sure they might be accepting people from your residency.

Just one ideas with your country maybe you can ask your friend from country accepted KYC by Binance and many other exchange later ask them to pass KYC, but you have create first account with your email account, then ask your friend for passing KYC and you can give him little tip or money, you can access Binance exchange without use VPN or not, if still not possible you can use VPN and right now my country keep using Binance just help by VPN because block here.

Is not a must for you to trade with Binance since there other exchange out there that accept you guys from that part of the world. Some here are recommending you try Kucoin though the ball in your court to check whether they don't have such restriction on your country. You mentioned in your submission the amount of money you want to use in trading with the exchange, that will not change anything on the Binance part are they can't in any way bend their laws even though you want to open an account with $1b.

If Binance not accept your citizenship then i think Binance not support your country for using Binance, maybe your country is restricted and we know that nowadays  KYC is important for using Binance so i think not have any alternative way, but you can use another exchange for trading.

I got you really need to ask winans the reason why are KYC is not accepted in the first maybe you give them ideas that they do not consider for something other is you would use to a VPN but I not recommended to do that especially its safety is on your first place or if you have a very close friend in a country that accepted by minus one of the major exchange you good for have used this accounts to trade but that would meet with your text reports and accounting.

Binance won't accept Iranian users as I know.
But if you have any friend/family on another country you can ask then to do the KYC for you. and keep using it via a trusted VPN serves.
And always remember before you join any kind of exchange like Binance, first read the terms of agreement and do some digging about it.

It's because Iran is under sanctions from the US, so any entity like Binance that deals in US dollar trades, can't accept you.

You need to find an exchange where there are no USD pairs traded at all.

The only way to find them is to spend a couple of hours on coinmarketcap, and trawl through the "markets" bit till you find an exchange that is not exposed to either dollars or Americans. So a pure altcoin exchange where you can't deposit or withdraw dollars. Or one of the far east exchanges that deal in the eastern currencies.

I think you should transfer your fund to other exchang, there are a lot of them in the market now, you may choose in the coinmarketcap for list but be sure to read their terms and condition first before making a deposit, some exchanges are requiring traders to make a KYC if they gonna trade with 1btc above. I hope that you may trasnsfer your fund somewhere.

Where is your country from? try asking Binance customers whether your country can KYC or not at all, I think there are still many other exchanges to trade BNB https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/binance-coin/#markets

Yeah there are other good options, use Coinmarketcap as listed or Go CryptoMarket https://gocryptomarket.com/trade/buy/BNB or Coingecko https://www.coingecko.com/sv/coins/binance-coin to find some good alternatives!

You can use Atomic wallet
https://atomicwallet.io/

It has BNB con listed, and you can do atomic swaps.
Nobody can stop you using Atomic wallet.
(Other option is also Exodus wallet)
exodus.io

Other option you can try is Kucoin exchange - you don't need to submit kyc for level1 and it has BNB coin listed.
https://www.kucoin.com/

One more small thing that can 'change' your citizenship is called virtual private network

Last but most risky thing is using some chinese exchange/asian - that I don't recommend!

It is good that you have already recommended atomic wallet, which is quite popular and has positive reviews.
You can read user comments about it - https://revain.org/wallets/atomic-swap-wallet. There is always an alternative, just have to look for them.

Alternative? I also use bitmex rather than binance. They are almost the same it allows you to use a certain amount if btc. It don't have a problem with KYC and it will make you more comfortable using it. There are still a lot of alternative  trading platform that can fill up the quality that of trading that you're looking for. Most of the time they have the same issue and problem but not the verifying of accounts. Maybe binance only have that issue.

Not allow your country to use those exchange is really unfair, but that's how it work, they do not want to mess up with your country. I suggest you to use DEX, it dont required any kind of KYC and you can trade any amount you want, but the only problem with DEX is the volume.

I'm sure this has more to do with Iran than it does Binance. If you really want to use Binance, you can trade and are limited to withdrawing up to 2 btc/day if I remember correctly. I'm sure there's some kind of rules or regulations within Iran that is preventing them from accepting your application. I would only deposit 2 btc or so and then find another exchange that has those same limits. Then, you can have 4 btc/day trading on different exchanges.

May be Binance doesn't accept Citizens from Iran. Did you mention them that you want to trade $190K. If yes, then may be they are thinking that you are some kind of a scammer.
You can try contacting binance support again and ask them about the KYC.

You need to ask to moderator why did not accept your kyc. I think if you are willing to trade your capital as big as 190k$ you need to choose the right coin which is the king of all crypto, you need to use bitcoin in trading because you need to be sure that your capital is safe. All we know that dealing in that huge capital is also dealing in a huge risk.

Maybe you've done an error while doing the KYC make sure to properly fill in the correct info and provide ID and necessary documents with correct formats to make sure they verify your identity. If they still didn't accept then you should head to their FAQ and read the rules and regulations if they prohibit some countries to enter their platform or just try another exchange that doesn't have strict rules.

3. Prohibition of Use
By accessing and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not on any trade or economic sanctions lists, such as the UN Security Council Sanctions list, designated as a “Specially Designated National” by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department) or placed on the U.S. Commerce Department’s “Denied Persons List”. Binance maintains the right to select its markets and jurisdictions to operate and may restrict or deny the Services in certain countries at its discretion.

This is an excerpt from Binance's terms of use. Obviously, your nationality affects your registration to this exchange. They are refusing to provide services in your country. If you need better understanding, read here: https://www.binance.com/en/terms

So, on another exchange, I recommend Kucoin, although it is not comparable to Binance, but I think it is enough for you to use.
Well, the citizenship issue is limiting a lot of users to join binance and this is a problem with almost no solution, although this exchange binance has always been very active in persuading governments of nations but the law is the law, without any exceptions or tolerance here, some exchanges can replace such as kucoin, houbi or gate. However, the trading volume is not too exciting and cannot be compared to binance, so maybe people unfortunately fall into this situation, they should use some software to facilitate login but different issues will not be supported, be careful

I'm really confused on why they will tell you to leave the Binance forever and i think there could br a reason on whh they are not accepting your personal information due to law of your country and its restriction.

And i would say that you can try a lot of exchange that can accept your information but be cautious of indentity theft, it could use againts you.

That's batsh*t insane. So, that basically means, any US exchange that requires basic verification, is likely to do the same.

...and guess what, i guess, they won't ban a person from an "ally state" (even those ones where they do practice state sponsoring of terrorism) based off citizenship alone! Lips sealed

He/she could have easily done it in any exchange buy with the trend that follows the binance is on another level. The OP told that he is trading primarily BNB token so obviously it is best to trade it whete it was born. Even me, If I were ask where to trade I would just say Binance, since it offers a lot of security from its users plus the huge daily trading volume which guarantees you a high chances of generating profit.
That's arguably true but taking risk of registering using VPN and recklessly putting all your money into the account even though you know that you are registering "illegally" will just cause unnecessary problem. If there are alternatives even though worse than Binance but relatively safe it's still a better choice nonetheless. However, as I've checked in CMC, BNB volume dominated by P2PB2B exchange which is known to be shady as heck.

Others have suggested Kucoin, but I don't know if they offer service to Iran or not.  Don't know which exchanges are operating in which countries.  It's all so damn confusing these days.

I don't think Kucoin publicly displays a list of prohibited countries. Their policy seemingly is to allow unverified accounts from anywhere. However, if you try to complete KYC from a prohibited jurisdiction, they won't let you:

Quote
Please be advised that KuCoin has not made any changes to its policies. You may still be able to access KuCoin on the said location. The only restrictions we had for some certain countries is the KYC verification and you can view the list of countries where it's currently being provided at the time you attempt to process your own KYC; and if the account is not verified, there would be a limit of 2 BTC withdrawal per 24 hours in the account.

So for example, US traders can only have unverified accounts there. I think the same may apply to Iranian traders. If that's true, Kucoin is probably playing with fire by not doing more to block OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions.

Binance exchange does not support many countries, not just yours.
No kidding--they don't even support my state in the US unfortunately and I'm not even sure why that is.

If a VPN would work for this, I'd go with that option if you can avoid doing KYC, even though it is a little sneaky.  I don't see any problem in wanting to stay anonymous.  Others have suggested Kucoin, but I don't know if they offer service to Iran or not.  Don't know which exchanges are operating in which countries.  It's all so damn confusing these days.

If binance does not accept your passport data, then you have no other way to make KYC for the binance.  I don’t understand why it is worth focusing only on this exchange, which is not even a co-market leader.  I believe that you can consider other resources where cryptocurrency users from different countries and without exception can work.

Every country you can find the license and passport for sure. You can use anyone among them to use the Binance platform. Normally they reject the users for simple reasons.
Then their customer support is seriously worst and not even they understand the issues what we are speaking for!

You are right, but i think Binance not ask their users to do KYC. I am not do KYC yet, but if op mention that amount of money, maybe he will asked to do KYC. But if me have big amount of money, i will deposit and withdraw little by little or maybe on maximum that i can withdraw on my tier. If only to open the site, maybe he can use VPN, and still can trade on Binance anonymously.
The exchange will definitely put that account under suspicion if you do it that way and therefore will be forced to take the KYC and well the result is a disapproval. Exchange also have a fair reasons to not accept some customers as it's their business and they can't risk it by breaking the law and taking risks. Also, most of VPN are usually detected by the exchanges beforehand and it's a piece of cake for them to do that. As people said here, better not to force things and to consider than things have gotten tensed up regarding Iran might contribute to the reason the exchange has.

VPS is much safer than VPN and is harder to detect.
Buy a quality VPS service and change your IP to trade in Binance but you will still have problems with KYC.

If you really love to trade in binance with those amount of capital, you could do it without KYC in seperate accounts. Sounds dumb but that's the only way if you really want to trade at binance. For alt exchanges, decentralized exchanges is fulfill your 1st criteria and also the 2nd one maybe. You should try IDEX, but you won't find BNB there.

The problem what i see is amount BTC You trade is too big, maybe if Binance not do KYC, you can only withdraw not all amount in 1 day. With that, maybe you could take your time, i mean withdraw at maximum current tier and do it in the next day. I think to open the site you maybe not have any problem with it.
I think the OP doesn't states that he deposited already thus the value he wanted to trade doesn't affect to the approval towards his KYC application. The reason for the rejection of his application is because of his country himself. Perhaps his country prohibits cryptocurrency or whatsoever thus Binance don't want to be involved from their country. If ever they allowed someone to get approved and it's stated that they shouldn't according to SEC or whatever agencies liable for that then they can be charged or sued for not obeying.

Iran should be accepted by Binance tho, I mean I get that you may not work with Coinbase because it is a USA based company and you working with a USA based company would be very difficult however we are talking about Binance which has nothing to do with USA, they don't even accept USA citizens as well

Binance and similar businesses are worried about receiving secondary sanctions from the US Treasury department. There are no warnings before such sanctions are imposed so if they transact with Iranians, they are at risk of being cut off from US markets, the banking system, and generally becoming economic pariahs. Not to mention the PR nightmare of being associated with US sanctions violations.

Iran has nothing to do with Malta or Hong Kong or Japan or wherever Binance is located nowadays, they keep changing their places constantly but Iran has nothing to do with any nation but USA as far as I know, Europe is still doing business with Iran without a problem for example, German still has a factory for spare parts of their famous cars just to give a big example.

I think the sanctions only cover certain types of transactions. Not all commerce is cut off.

It's basically because of the so-called US nexus. In short, this means that even if you aren't directly under the jurisdiction or purview of the US or the EU, you still have to obey their economic sanctions if you are working with people that may have a direct or indirect connection eventuall to the US.

Binance does have that connection to the US, by the way, so by virtue of that indirect connection they still cannot work with Iran economically, and trading in Bitcoin at the moment seems to be just that.

It's of course, a bit more complicated than that (and actually there could be ways around it), but that's the gist.

Binance exchange does not support many countries, not just yours. I'm using Crex, Vinex, and a couple of other exchanges, depending on my needs. Now there are so many exchanges, you can choose from the list. I have many coins, so I check where is the highest volume for the coin I wish to trade with and I choose that exchange.

Maybe you not discuss in your local community forum where you watch some site have blocked in your country but you still have effective way to access with site blocked by your government, please install VPN ( Virtual Private Network ) in your mobile phone or your computer, not worry what site blocked in your country you can access and open with using Virtual Private Network ( VPN ). You don't have to worry when your country try to banned anything site because always have thousand way how to access it.

In any case, if there is already some kind of problem with the cryptocurrency exchange, then it is better to look for an alternative.  The fact is that a person is probably lucky if he did not make deposits to his trading exchange account before he tried to provide his passport data and did not receive approval.  The situation is very difficult when no one will fertilize citizenship or any document while having assets.  I had such a situation when I could not register on a certain exchange, due to the lack of my country in the list of available countries.  But I already have coins that can only be traded on this exchange.  So far, my situation is like a vicious circle.  But the author of this topic has a way out using other trading exchanges with a high rating.

You can use kraken, bitpanda, bitfinex, kucoin but most importantly you can use localbitcoins, that can never be bothered by the legislation of nations because you can interact with one person and make a deal with them there and it can be from Iran, Iraq, USA, UK doesn't matter as long as two of you have an agreement you will be fine.

I always suggest people to write here on bitcointalk and search for someone who can buy their bitcoins in exchange of fiat, I know it sounds risky but if you deal with someone who has high trust rating or at least use someone with a high trust rating as a middleman for your transaction you can definitely trade without a trouble of caring what the nations are thinking and what you are allowed or not allowed to do with your bitcoins.

I'd be tempted to try and use someone else's ID and a VPN but the likelihood is high I'd slip up at some point.

Don't do that ever again gentlemand... you'll ended up in deep regret.

I guess such huge amount to trade requires a large market with large volume.. otherwise you'll have to buy and sell the coins instantly most of the times.
And considering you've been rejected on the biggest crypto market binance , you have limited choice now .
I don't trust kucoin for personal reason though.

aka JAGEND.
You can use decentralized exchange. They usually not require KYC.
Here list of exchange that have BNB pairs https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/binance-coin#markets.

if you don't want to be bothered by KYC shit, then I suggest using bilaxy. They have 2-level KYC verification. Level 1 only fills your identification number without having to upload your identity scan nor doing weird selfie. Verified, and you can already do trading. Level 2 verification is not a mandatory.

Some drawbacks,
- They do not provide BNB/BTC pairs. the pair they provide is only BNB/ETH and BNB/USDT.
- Withdrawal fees are high (although payments process are super fast). fees for BTC is 0.0007, USDT is 5 USDT, ETH is 0.01 ETH.

As others have said Kucoin looks like a possibility but it's not super clear. They don't seem to publish a definitive list and only tell you once you have an account.

Even then they're playing with fire by accepting you so in no way would I ever leave funds on there under any circumstances. They could have some muscle put on them or decide to give you the boot voluntarily.

I'd be tempted to try and use someone else's ID and a VPN but the likelihood is high I'd slip up at some point.

Majority of the trading platform rejects users from  Iran because of the trade restrictions with Iran, either you have to find an alternative by purchasing a account that has undergone a KYC from other country to trade, these are extreme steps you have to undergo to overcome these trade restrictions.

While searching i found this site btc-iran . Looks like you could trade using that site, not sure. Just have a look.

LBC does not allow users from Iran not sure about Paxful. There will be alternative to overcome the restrictions.

There really are no other alternatives for an exchange IMO, as Binance is the only thing you can get for your area, and it's a bummer they are shutting their doors for you. Knowing how the Iran-US trade relations have worsened over time, some countries are following suit and adding Iran on their ban list in the mean time, which means most access to the outside world/services are prohibited not unless you get out of your country and do things somewhere else. Bittrex might be worth a shot, but don't put your hopes up on this one, as I believe they have stricter KYC process than Binance.

Yeah, it's because of the sanctions imply by the US to Iran way back 2018, and that's the cause of restricting Iran's people not use binance, just to comply with the law set by this f*cking us government binance did that to you.

Here's the source: https://www.coindesk.com/iran-binance-crypto-bitcoin-mining-sanctions

I guess kucoin exchange will help you at this moment.

So Binance doesn't accept people from your country which means you are not allowed to trade,if you do you are violating their terms and in risk of losing your account at any time.

KYC is not necessary for withdrawal limit less than 2 btc per day so you can use VPN and access their site but you are under risk until you trade everything.

As many of the other users said if you don't specify your country I won't be able to give you a proper advice. What I recommend to you in this case is to look for local exchanges if there is something like this in your country.
Otherwise you could use a VPN but I don't recommend to do that especially if Safety is on your first place. OR.. if you have a very close friend in a country that's accepted by Binance/one of the major exchanges you could perhaps use his account to trade, but that would mess with your tax reports and accounting.
I upadted my first post, pls check again.

You didn't tell us where you country of residence is, so how can we help you?

I guess you really need to ask Binance the reason why your KYC is not accepted in the first. Maybe you gave them ID's that they don't consider or something.

There are still a lot of trading platforms out there, I will admit that Binance is a good exchange but perhaps you need to venture and check out other exchanges as well. But if makes me wonder, If you can't pass Binance KYC then most likely other trading platforms will reject your documents as well.
Same thoughts too if he had been rejected by Binance then most likely he would be rejected on other exchange too but well theres no harm to try.
Just remember and follow the Note when you do submit up your documents for verification.

Kucoin, maybe?  They're a pretty good exchange with reasonable fees and many coins to choose from.  I haven't checked if they have BNB listed but as far as exchanges go I trust them...not as much as Binance but close.

And as was pointed out it would help if you disclosed your country so people could make proper suggestions.  You aren't in the states are you?
