It's not really accurate, it depends on the inviters whether he want to share the commission or not with his friends or known as commission kickback rate. The kickback rate is from 0%-20%, if he choose 0% his friends will not earn anything, if he choose 5%-20% of course his friends will got some portion/sharing with the inviters.
You get 15%, Bob gets 5%. Earlier, Bob paid 0.05 BTC in trading fees and you gained 0.01 BTC. In this set-up, you keep 0.0075 BTC, while Bob gets 0.0025 BTC.
You get 20%, Chad gets 0%. Earlier, Chad didn’t trade at all. But if he starts to trade, he won’t get any bonus from you until you choose the other sharing options.

A bit of confusion, so the one who created the referral code and give it for other people to sign up and he can change the reward sharing system at any time and for every individual sign ups?
You should not comment on that said topic if you are not that familiar so that all your post will be useful for other newbie that will read it. When you go to referral section. You can generate multiple referral link and setup the percentage you want to get or share. You can generate different link with different commission rate per friend you want to invite.
I suggest you to check it personally.
