It's not really accurate, it depends on the inviters whether he want to share the commission or not with his friends or known as commission kickback rate. The kickback rate is from 0%-20%, if he choose 0% his friends will not earn anything, if he choose 5%-20% of course his friends will got some portion/sharing with the inviters.

You get 10%, Alice gets 10%. Earlier, Alice spent 1 BNB in trading fees and you gained 0.2 BNB. In this set-up, you split the 0.2 BNB, with each of you getting 0.1 BNB.

You get 15%, Bob gets 5%. Earlier, Bob paid 0.05 BTC in trading fees and you gained 0.01 BTC. In this set-up, you keep 0.0075 BTC, while Bob gets 0.0025 BTC.

You get 20%, Chad gets 0%. Earlier, Chad didn’t trade at all. But if he starts to trade, he won’t get any bonus from you until you choose the other sharing options.
Thanks for the info, I am not familiar with the kickback rate from binance referral and rewards system. Cheesy

A bit of confusion, so the one who created the referral code and give it for other people to sign up and he can change the reward sharing system at any time and for every individual sign ups?

You should not comment on that said topic if you are not that familiar so that all your post will be useful for other newbie that will read it. When you go to referral section. You can generate multiple referral link and setup the percentage you want to get or share. You can generate different link with different commission rate per friend you want to invite.

I suggest you to check it personally.  Wink

The 2BTC withdrawal limit on Binance with non-KYC verified was changed recently look at this image below.
So without KYC verification you can't able to withdraw more than 0.05 BTC unless you change your mind to verify the KYC process and increase the limit up to 100BTC per day.

But it's not for every unverified users, take note of the "for some users who are not verified" in their message.

As per their word, your withdrawal limit will reflect in your withdrawal page

Daily withdrawal limit:
Verified accounts: withdraw up to 100 BTC per 24h
Non-verified accounts: as displayed on the withdrawal page

Note: This announcement was updated on 2021-04-23 to reflect changes to daily withdrawal limits for non-verified accounts.

I checked mine and it's still 2BTC

But the thing with CEX is there is always the risk of getting asked to KYC regardless of whether you are trading less than your withdrawal limit or not...

Thanks for this information it seems. I just knew this and still know that 2btc is the withdrawal daily for non kyc users.

Is futures available on those account who didn’t submit KYC?
Yes my friends 2nd account doesn't verify but still can use binance future. However that was early this year, but we the changes like from 2btc to 0.05btc not sure now if futures are still up with those non kyc account.

I signed up to binance without a referral code, now I learned that had I use the code I would have gotten 20% discount in commissions, can I open a second account with same docs, or can I delete the account, which is funded already, put my funds on crypto or something, and then reopen a binance account with the referral code, would that work to get the 20% discount in commissions ?

You can't open another account with the same docs but you can create another one using another account. The problem is if you have a huge deposit and withdrawal and you need to take kyc and you also need to take kyc on your fist account. Much better to create only one account to avoid any problem in the future. Just forget that discount commission and focus on your trading because you can earn a lot if you are knowledgeable in trading even without any discount commission.

I just visited my binance account to check the change in my withdrawal limit.
Currently, for having withdrawal limit of 2 BTC/day, you have to pass basic verification.
For basic verification, you only need to enter your country, your name and your birth date and there is no need to upload any document.
The image below has been taken from my profile.

Thanks for pointing this out. I wonder why i didn't receive a newsletter notification from Binance official as my account isn't fully verified. So from your discussion chat with support i concluded that users have to face a withdrawal issue then contact support to get the information that the TOS has been changed .
Note that the jump from 2 btc to 0.005 btc is somehow cruel for users who used to benefit from this great feature.

I my own understanding, even you signed up without the referral code, you can still use your referral code to get a commission from others will sign-up. In short, you don't need to create in the second time. And the only thing I noticed from the binance is that they've changed the rules something regrading to those non-KYC users of binance were from 2BTC limit withdrawal now they've reduced it into 0.05BTC, in which means they are obliging the users to submit KYC to increased their limits into 100BTC.

You could get it but create another new account with different documents or don't do KYC for the 2nd account, my friend use a dummy account on Binance for using future trades and used my code for registration, there is commission being sent when he is doing trades. Take note he didn't do kyc since he is using a dummy account only.
Is futures available on those account who didn’t submit KYC?
Anyway, this is the best option for OP not to submit KYC so he can open another account and abandon the old one. Though you have to be careful on not to abuse referral system, binance has a good security to track those abuser so be careful.

Like those mentioned above, you can open another account and don't do KYC as you can still withdraw 2 BTC limit a day. Also, do not use your own referral code as your 2nd, and your main account can be risky.
You can ask your friends or here to use the referral code and to share the commission kickback with you.

You can create a new account if you didn’t submit KYC yet and transfer your money from your old account to a new one, but if your account is already verified better to stick to that account. I’m not familiar with that 20% commission discount, I just refer my friend to Binance that is 100% on my side so I think it will depend on the setting of the referrer.

I think you could possible get over with creating other account... With amount of people being registered every day there must be a lot of people who are making second accounts.

As others have already mentioned, your referral provider can choose whether to provide you with a discount on commission or not. It varies from 0% to 20%. I wouldn't bother too much though, Binance has already pretty low fees, compared with other exchanges. Unless you're dealing with a lot of money daily, I'd advise you to leave it be.

I once used the 10/10 ratio for a friend, if you're dealing with a couple of hundred euros, the referral link won't save you much.

can I open a second account with same docs,

According to their Terms of Service, this isn't allowed

or can I delete the account,

There is an option to disable your account which can be reactivated by reaching out to support. They did say "maintain only one main" so maybe there's a chance it'll be fine once you disable your current one BUT to guarantee your account's safety, ask their support to make sure.

If that isn't allowed either, you can ask them to delete your account as they are GDPR compliant although at this point, it's not worth the trouble just to get some referral bonus...

If the ref code is from the another user, not you. I mean if you don't intend to use your ref link to self-ref yourself and steal money from Binance, you an open another account, with the ref link from your friend.

You should contact Binance support and ask them about your case. It is for your safety, if they confirm it is good, and your second account is verified by them successfully, you can make deposit and begin your trade.

If their Customer Service say it is not accepted, you should not play shady and take risk.

Multiple accounts is allowed, but you can't use same docs for verification of both accounts. Example 1 account using driver's license and another one you use a passport.

2) Can my invitee use my referral code after their Binance account has been created?
A referral code must be used when first opening a Binance account.
Based on this FAQ it seems you shouldn't open new account/alt accounts or it can be a problem in the future if their system detect something suspicious with your account.
