Allerdings finde ich diesen button ORDER NEW CARD nirgends in dem Menü. Kann es sein das die Ausgabe der Karten für Deutschland suspendiert wurde???

Ich habe mal nachgeschaut und du hast recht, diesen Button um eine neue Card zu bestellen,gibt es wohl nicht mehr. Es ist mir nicht bekannt, dass es für Deutsche diese Karte nicht mehr gibt, Ich würde an deiner Stelle einfach den Support anschreiben!

Das bedeutet vielleicht, dass du erst deine Karte sperren lassen musst (das geht unter "Manage my card" / "freeze" und dann taucht der gesuchte Button möglicherweise auf...
