In this specific case they use one address only for everyone,
and I do hope nobody sent them anything if they had any other address.

Yeah, we can all make rookie mistakes sometimes,
so we have to be super careful clicking any links
and have as much protection as possible

Good work, we need to be very careful and should cross check the URL before entering the website. I have seen similar version on coindesk. I received a mail to confirm transaction and when I clicked the link it got directed to fake coindesk page. Somehow I got eye on the URL and stopped entering my details to enter into the exchange. The page was super perfect that we won't think it is the fake one.
