Nowadays there are way too many forks for any exchange to support all of them.
Does Binance supports swaps and forks for all listed coins / tokens?
just for a good potential coin i guess
like btc forks
they just add
btc gold . btc cash , btc diamond.
like other exchange
binance just focus to creating a good reputation about their exchange.
Keeping coins on official wallets is the best thing to do really if you want your coin to be able to participate in an upcoming fork. There is no guarantee that binance or any other exchange will support a fork, unless they will announce such support.
Binance will always support all the coins that many are targeted by hand.

Supporting fork coins from any kind of exchange is big a job to do and it makes confusion from their part. If i am an crypto exchange company. i will not support any fork coin using the exchange wallet. If they want to, then withdraw from their exchange wallet to the fork supported wallet.
On the other hand, listing forked coins on crypto exchange is very welcome as long it has a good community.

Like many other exchanges, they will support what they want, each exchange itself decides what to support, and in general, it is better to keep coins on official purses
