Problem solved or what happened?
Binance can use tricky ways for not letting users withdraw but it happens in rare cases. A similar situation has been the case on another forum and the Binance team has unlocked the account after the video verification.  Looks like, you have missed an important document for verifying the account because $30k is not a big amount for worldwide crypto exchange.

And also another ID card for verification? I've had this experience with them last year where they asked for my IDs again and have to face a camera on my laptop. Their system wants to see my faces and eyes to blink.

Did you have a 2fa enabled?  $30K is a big amount. If its mine, I would probaly send just any ID they ask to get the money back.

They did not explained anything but just wanted my selfie video with document because i the right person who using this account because sudden change of a device. IP change is real or device change i think real too , 3 days before my ip address tempararly banned in coinex whr i started to login from my pc but it was showing my ip address is tempararly banned even in mobile app i was getting same error like http 429 because i was using same internet which i was using for pc.

this issue solved, i can withdraw now and symbiotic_bnb helped on it.  

i messaged to symbiotic_bnb last night in reddit and he started to showing his attitude that i did not uploaded showing my video which showing my face with document, i already uploaded last week i think these people doing it intentinally or not checking my ticket fully https://imgur.com/a/LOl4TSf

I'm using VPNs and I frequently change IP, but I'm using Firefox with a profile dedicated to exchanges, so if I'm changing computers, I will install the old profile (with cookies, history, etc...) on the new computer, so I'll be recognized.

i don't use api and what i was did i took deposit directly to binance from clients also doing withdrawal to other clients, everday up to 10k deposit and withdrawal and also i do trading everyday.i don't use trading bots.

as far as I understand, you working as an exchanger, whether you use any external access to the account via the API?
did you check to see if everything was okay with it? I know that some trading Bots create problems in this way. if they did any update and the bot didn't recognize it, it could be a problem which can result in account suspension.

I never face such problem so far and it is a strange enough why we have to give many stuff to access our account because we change a device when I access it, it is really strange.

Have you send your complain to binance support? How do they reply to? As long as you have access you can access it, because you will give your password or even google authenticator who will make you have more power that you are really the owner of the account.

Unfortunately, the delay is inevitable... As for scammers on TG, just ask or check who is the Admin of the channel and DM him. As far as I know, no one from the staff will ever ask you to pay or send any money to help you out.

i am not saying they are lying but they are delaying, in telegram there is so many scammers better i check in facebook.

All the exchanges have delays regarding such issues since they want to be 200% sure that they will do the right thing. The damage for them will be far worse if they verify an account with shady activity.


I don't believe that they lie about this. Did you try to contact them by their Telegram channel or even their FB? Still, if they have such a big line of queries...

Such websites tend to be more stringent if the person uses one device for a long time and then suddenly uses a different device or IP address, so they will request more documents from you.
Mostly, such things are monitored by bots, so the likelihood that you are the same person and your account is accidentally locked out is slim.

I do not know why all this delay after submitting the required documents, unfortunately, such behavior will seriously damage their reputation.

my account is fully verified and it is showing vip 0 account and they still not resolved this problem, i will stay away from this exchange now.i submitted all videos but they reply very slowly, last reply i was got from them last sunday (8th nov).

It might be possible but it's not the limit that caused the account suspension.
I have a friend that hit that limit when he tried to cash out and he didn't get his account suspended, he simply couldn't withdraw more unless passing verification. Since the OP has an exchange business probably the high traffic coming and going from possible multiple addresses is what has caused this. If he is paying his customers directly from his binance account to then you have one possible cause.

The IP/device thing is nonsense, I used in the past my laptop which is on the land connection from one ISP, and my tablet/smartphone which was one a different ISP network with no problems, the only possible cause would be if the OP has somehow forgotten his VPN on while logging in, and some deposits withdrawals with it on.

I think his account may have a large amount of money, the change of computers caused the system to alert and they were temporarily locked. It is probably not a serious problem, they will unlock after contact with the correct information.

As i could understand from op, the issue is with the withdraw function and he still can use other functions. The most possible scenario we can guess that he tried to withdraw 2+ bitcoins in less than 24 hours. Changing his pc right before this incident is a pure chance by coincidence. And as binance asked him for a long process of verification, he is still in level1(unverified) :

Why is this a problem? For sure they have limits for any type of account regarding withdrawal but I don't think that they have any limitation for holding/ "store" your coins there.

First, changing of PC is clearly not the reason why your account been blocked and the use of a VPN can cause it in some situations which is why I will never recommend the use of VPN for exchange or gambling site.
Second, the withdrawal risk control was just noticed by the Binance admin cause sooner or later you'll be asked to upgrade your account by going through KYC since your holding on the exchange worth $30,000 which is almost the price of 2BTC.

I have an account there. I have never had a problem with this exchange. not only have I used it on multiple computers, but I also logged-in at the same time from two different devices. Few times used VPN during the same session.


whether the deposit at your address was made by anyone other than you? you work as an exchanger, Is it possible that someone deposited coins from a blacklisted address or address used for a different way of scam/hack or any other illegal actions?

Ask symbiotic_bnb hope he can escalate it you and pull up your ticket number into support team.

That's his only choice and only possible option unless he wants to forget the balance he got from Binance exchange. If that's what the CS of Binance wants from his account then he should abide by it no matter what because that's the decision they give to the user.

Why would the OP lie about this? In fact all what he said makes sense especially if he used to use the same pc to connect to his binance account. Besides, a big amount of money is involved here.
Am sure binance uses an advanced anti-cheating algorithm which will be triggered by a sudden change in the device used and hence will result in locking the account.

OP has no other option but to follow the CS's instructions to verify his identity.

I tend to agree with you since I have also an account on Binance and I can able to log in using different wifi with a different location (in my office and at home or even in the house of my co-worker).  I suspected that OP's previous device was using a VPN (knowing or without knowing him) OP,s continuously using this. 

That's probably not a problem, you can contact the support and ask for a resubmit of KYC again if needed for personal verification.  I think they can help you out there since they are a big company that cares about the reputation they had, it might no shady things will happen I guess.  Technically, no one will help you here aside from advice and speculation of what exactly happens, instead, contact the support of Binance and submit your concern.

I don't believe this since I never encounter such issue. I'm always change my device upon using binance since I'm a traveler but it never happen to me. Maybe there's a deep reason on why your account is been block that's why those issues occur to you. Just contact the support and ask about what happen to know the answer on why those things happening on your account.

Changed device? Its impossible that you would really be asked out on such changes. For ip address then i might believe but for device? No it wont and same like
others said that this is my first time on hearing out this kind of issue from binance on such blockage.Dont know on why they gotten stricter in terms of this yet
it doesnt happen to me.Im logging in with my own pc in the house with own ip address and when im in transit i do make use of m phone with data usage
so it changed both ip and device.. but you said that you had 30,000 usd inside of it and that might be some reason on why they got stricter.
There no other people who can help but only binance.Just be consistent on contacting them and post up on whats their response.

Actually I am an ecurrency exchanger and crypto day trader too i often buy and sell and withdraw and what was happened last week my old pc monitor got problem so I bought new pc after that they started to monitor my withdrawals and then temporarily disabled withdrawal, I use jio WiFi or airtel WiFi.

Unless if they aren't the real Binance support...


Changing IP's or use VPN is certainly a problem for any exchanger and almost all lock such accounts Asking though such verification proccedure, it's more than that. For sure it's not simple issue.

My catch about this is that you are changing the IP settings, maybe because your IP location is different from the previous withdrawal so the binance system rejects your withdrawal for that reason.

If you trust Binance, then do what they ask. Considering $30k is a lot to me. And one more thing I suggest, use your default IP when accessing the exchange.

Makes sense. They want you to verify your Identity. You need to do a live video verification so that they can confirm that you are the same person as in the identity documents you have sent before for verification. They ask for such kind of verification because there are people who uses stolen (or bought from the black market) IDs to create accounts and commit crime.
Like I said, just follow the instruction and they will resume your withdrawal. Try to give them as much information as you can. There is nothing to worry about as long as you are the real owner of the account.

Please provide us with the following information for the account verification and we are going to help you through the ticket.
1. Device information (at minimum operating system version, brand, model, and browser name/version) regarding at least one device that is commonly used on the account.)

2. Please record a video, including the following information:
- Withdrawal records：Please login to your account and show the withdrawal records in your account.
- Communication records：Please show in the video the emails between you and Binance CS via this email.
- You also need to appear in the video and hold the information page of your ID document, and repeat clearly the following sentence : "Today is the year/month/day, my account is applying for withdrawal of XXX coins with XXX amount. I confirm that it is my own operation. I am contacting Binance CS to resume the withdrawal function of my Binance account ****** "

3. Please take a video of any deposit record of this account within 6 months. The video should contain the whole login process from the sender platform/wallet, and information for this transaction such as the full TxID, date and amount.

*Please do not use any screen recorder to take the video. The video size should not exceed 20 Mb if you wish to submit it as an attachment in the ticket, or you can upload your video to your private confidential drive if it is relatively large and provide us with the available link to verify.

This is the first time I am hearing something like this. I have my work laptop, my personal laptop and a desktop computer from where I access my accounts on different websites but never got into trouble. Did you change your ISP or something? Probably your account got flagged for security reasons. But the weird thing is, why are they asking for "videos" and login details? Are you sure you are accessing the real binance? If you are, then just follow their instruction and they will unlock your account in no time.
Edit: I believe this has nothing to do with changing your PC. They probably wants to verify the source of your funds. You highly likely triggered their AML check.

So it's not just a "simple problem", as you say it is. Did you try to contact them on their Telegram channel? Perhaps they also have a local TG channel for your country/ region, so things get might be easier for you there...

Hello, i was trading in binance from last 3 years but 8 days before i changed pc and Binance.com tempararly disabled my account and they telling reason is "risk control". and they asked me to send videos deposit and withdrawal, login details of all devices and i already sent, i have more than 30000 usd in that exchange but binance not showing any interest to resolve the issue and i am chatting with them everyday but no solution yet now i am afraid about this exchange so please help on this, thanks.
