Exchanges are certainly jumping on the bandwagon now with the majority of the major trading platforms proposing to develop their own blockchains, stablecoins, and launchpads which will only benefit them in the long run if the market sees exponential growth from this year onwards and this could happen if other supporting factors contribute to adoption such as major brands presenting more appealing use cases which will attract more users and increase adoption

Binance is definitely the industry leader of centralized crypto exchanges. They are always trying to increase their dominance in their area. And i too think that the more and more stablecoins will be created in the near future.

Leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance will reportedly issue its own stablecoins within two months.

Binance’s Chief Financial Officer, Wei Zhou told Bloomberg that the exchange will start issuing its own stablecoins “in a matter of weeks to a month or two," with the goal to make stablecoins available for more of the world’s currencies.

The exchange’s first stablecoin dubbed “Binance GBP” will reportedly be denominated in and 100% pegged to the British pound. Zhou also revealed that Binance will make money off of interest on fiat deposits, like tether (USDT) does.

Every platform now want to create their own stable coin ever since they heard of the news from tether, I still believe that even if they were able to create theirs, there would still be some shady activities going on with the coin that we might not know, for example binance can stabilized the coin from their own end without having any reserve or whatsoever stabling the price of the coin, so let's be wise investing.

I understand how well things are going with Binance and that scares me. I hope this crypto-monopoly of Binance will end, otherwise they will soon begin to dictate ALL the rules of the crypto game. Stable coin .. my goodness. This coin will become popular only because it is Binance, although the market does not need new stable coins.

I dont think making innovation and become leader is a monopoly. Every person can choose their own exchanger freely. This prove that binance or team behind always improve their service and create good climate for cryptocurrency market and crypto investment

I think all the exchanges will have own stablecoin soon. BTC and ETH were the gateways, if you wanted to participate in ICOs in 2017 and 2018.
But it is not very convenient, because they are volatile and you cannot store your profits in them in bear markets. Stablecoins are doing better job for that.

I believe if this will become the true stablecoin backed by real money and it will not be the same as tether that backed with a virtual money. We know how much revenue that's gotten by binance and this will create a real value to its stable coin.
Binance stable coin will put the transparency at the top of everything.
Im still waiting for that and i wanna to get that in the future.  Grin

Launching own new stablecoin is another step to dominate crypto space from Binance. They sooner or later will become another Bitman in crypto, in level of influence. I don't know exactly what I expect from this (when it become true) because I have vague & unstable thoughts, concurrently. There are also some stable coins, and USDT has still been the most popular, BNBT, let assume its name like this might take over USDT, but it is hard to say crypto will become better by BNBT, that actually will be affected by Binance operations and news.

I am eagerly waiting for that day! Binance earned my 100% trust many days ago, they are doing lots of things to make a better crypto asset, and they are already successful! Binance is not a typical exchange. If they come with the GBP stable coin, I will stop using the Paxos and USDT pair in trade. We have plenty of stable coins, but Binance GBP stable coin will make its own place. It seems Binance recent hack incident is helping binance to get more people on the board as people feel safe with their assets in Binance!

Bisq is a Bitcoin Fiat Dex. Use responsibly
Well, if it is not a decentralized Stablecoin then regulator should step in and do whatever they what with it. It should also be transparent enough for cryptocurrency communities to monitor.
Left for me, all non-transparent Stablecoins would be totally regulated

We have enough centralized stablecoins: Tether, USDC, TUSD, Gemini Dollar, Paxos.
But we need strong decentralized stablecoin collateralized by cryptocurrencies.

Well, Binance is a top leading exchange, and im sure they have enough funds to backup the stable coin they want to create.
It won't be a problem because using stable coin from trusted platform like binance is better than unknown one.
We see more development keep created in binance, i hope the holders of BNB will gain the profit in the future.

wow, i knew the hack was bad but i never though it is so bad that they have to create a new coin to make money on top of what they are making from their other centralized coin called BNB!
now they have to dip their toe into the centralized stable coins to make even more money to cover that up and recover their business.
It's funny you have this kind of thought. The hack news was just a fake one. Even when Binance was really hacked, $7 million is nothing in comparison with its finance status. A stable coin will make Binance ecosystem as well as influence in crypto market becomes more rigid.

Thats good news, no doubt binance will definitely grow more and continue to dominate the space. I never imagine that binance is aiming to establish its own stable coin. Its possible because of the competitive team that comprise of Binance development initiatives.

What a good news! That's what we need the most! New "unnecessary" stablecoins!

I can't understand why we are need that silly coins.

Finally we would get a trusted stable coin, because I still cannot understand why people are still buying USDT, because they have no limited supply and there is no difference to centralised money system, because they can print so much as they want.

Your Data Belongs To You
I believe that this should be moved to News section.

Regarding the stable coin, I will trust this one more than USDT  Grin
My perception is that Binance is honest and interested of making positive impact on crypto not just making money.

He thinks ahead of other competitors which makes him to stand out. Binance ecosystem will cover every aspect of crytpocurrency in the manner in which CZ is adding new innovation to binance chain.

So much attention and it seems to be working. Soon Binance CEO will 50% determine what happens in this crypto space as he is about controlling much. I am certain he will soon be launching another coin aside Bnb for a different purpose, I salute his business sense while the likes of Bittrex and poloniex were sleeping.

CZ is so good at marketing. He is always at the forefront of every trend. The new news is BNB has increased again. I'm sure Binance Stablecoins will replace the USDT soon Smiley

The man is a genius and he has still so many good things under his sleeves. I am sure now that Binance people know what they are doing and they are all fantastic at things which other exchanges are inferior with. This is the same kind of abilities that made Binance successfully weather the big storm of hacking just recently. Competitors of Binance have many things to catch up and they should hurry as Binance has the intention of really dominating this industry...they should be creative and adept on marketing to hold on to their market share.

That will be an interesting things to wait, if how CZ once again brings another good promotions about this new stable coin that he will introduce
to the crypto market, if this stable coin will sustained support it can compete with USDT and get attentions from crypto community.
