Yea I'm having the same problem with Binance. Their useless customer support auto sending goes to my email box but not the verification email. I slide the little lock thing and and it says "Success!" then failure happens when I don't get my email.

Finally! After tens of emails and denials of any problems at their end, I tried to withdraw the tokens again just now.. AND IT WORKED!!!

My email provider said that they checked all of their ‘stuff’ several days ago and no issues were found.

Binance have continued to deny any issues at their end and repeatedly insisted it was all the fault of my email provider. They also refused to allow me to visit their Hong Kong premises to present myself and documents personally to allow them to add another email address to my account.

I have no idea what has happened but I am relieved that I finally have my tokens. It’s only taken since 25th October.

By the way, the procedure for adding another email address via the online route is worse than the KYC procedure, hence my reluctance to go down that route. I’d still only be in the early stages of it now if I had.

Not too impressed with Binance or their customer support. Beware.

I don't know if you can applied these in your case but I have the same problem back then with our local exchange.

To be able to login to that exchange, we need to enter a 4 digit PIN that is sent to our email. I tried some ways that you listed above and didn't work. I rent a PC in an internet shop just to test waters and then that's it, Ive now received the verification email. Since it doesn't listed on those things you already done maybe you can do it. Don't used VPN but a direct IP coming from a Internet Service Provider based on your country.

No harm trying though.

Maybe their domain has been blacklisted to your service/email provider. [1]
Any "email provider" you are using? Has this problem happened or been a long time ago?
Also, try deleting all messages and checking again.
If this does not work, sign up for a new account using Gmail.

Very strange, first I'm hearing of this. Poloniex had the very same issues for many users a while back. I wasn't affected but too many users seemed to have the same problem.

You've basically tried every possible step to fix the problem, so I can't see what's wrong with it either. I'm using gmail also for Binance (and they recommeng gmail!), and get my verification just the same with no issues - and I'm pretty damn sure binance is OK'd on gmail servers, so it doesn't seem to be a problem on your side.

Just to be sure, you've whitelisted all these?

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with Binance and I'm certain that they are giving me the runaround because they can't be arsed to sort out their system.

Basically, I am not receiving verification emails so I can't withdraw any coins/tokens and I can't whitelist/de-whitelist any addresses.

Their customer support emails get through but not the verification emails.
I have whitelisted all of the email addresses that they have given me.
I have checked all of my inbox, trash, junk, spam etc folders.
I have contacted my email provider - they have checked their system and there are no faults or blocked emails.
I have tried using different browsers and email apps.
I have tried using different devices - Mac, Windows, iPads (2), work computers etc.
Tried getting help from Binance Admin on Telegraph. They just continue to blame me and my email provider and keep on telling me to check all of my folders.

Binance Support are a waste of time.

I've done some searches online and there seems to be (at the very least) tens of reports of this kind of thing - missing verification emails. I haven't kept score but it's possible that there are many more. Seems to be a lot of these reports on Reddit.

The common factor in all of this is Binance. It's unlikely that multiple email providers around the world have got it wrong. Most likely it is Binance's system that is all to cock and their staff can be effing bothered to actually do something.

They must be aware that there are many users who are, or who have, suffered the same issues because Binance 'Support' (I use that term very loosely) have told me that Gmail seems to work without issue. If they know that then they know that there have been multiple instances of this missing email nonsense.

I have no trouble receiving verification emails with my current email address from any of the other multiple exchanges that I'm registered on.

To change my registered email address I'll have to go through the entire KYC think all over again, and provide more info, video selfies, documents etc. It took long enough the first time around. I'm really reluctant to go down that rabbit hole again. If I did go through all of that who's to say it won't happen again with the new email address.

If I ever get my tokens out I won't be using Binance again. I suggest that you guys might want to consider a similar precaution.

Apart from suicide, or "Going Postal", any suggestions?
