OK. I did not understood the severity of posting about Binance like that. To be FRANK, to see my screen unable to access my account it sorta bothered me that is why I posted it.  IF you have some Exchange that has BILLLIONS of peoples $$$$$ online.... should not be so vague about any of those things. BUT POINT TAKEN..

Okay I am back logged in.  That was weird. It was unavailable for at least 10 minutes...hm Undecided  No. I did not like that.
You got me scare for a while, i had to check to see if i would be able to access the website and i was glad i did because i have a lot of coins in which i trade and i can't afford to lose it for any reason because i have lost coins on btc-e exchange already, please next time before creating this kind of topic, try to clear your cache and also try to change your network provider.

Probably that's a false alarm raised concerns by our mate here, and I think that's a common misconception against accessing website having loss of connection issue itself and non related to the trading site itself. You're certain on your advice that before raising concerns like this every person should verify first prior posting this type of topic. Binance will announce if there's some serious activity on their site, so keep update so that it won't happen again that this kind of issue will be raised.

Funny I found this thread since this happened to me a few hours ago. I got the same "Network unavailable, please refresh and try again"
I also couldn't login, failed too many times and got my account locked for two hours. I contacted support, they didn't tell me anything about some kind of maintenance.
Anyway, two hours later, I tried again, still didn't work so I reset my password.
Everything's fine now... at least I hope.
It sometimes a network issue or a dns issue that is why some binance user experienced this and sometimes its a browser issue clearing cache and history can be solve this issue.

The steps that I do to solve this issue is by changing DNS to google DNS and restart the internet for 10 seconds just to generate a new local ip.

I don't see any announcement regarding this issue from their twitter account from here https://twitter.com/binance so this can be experience on individual users.

You easily get panic and that's weird. Hope you don't practice it on your trading.  Wink

LOL mate, I do really hope he doesn’t practice panic selling in his trade also; he had better be a long term investor instead. I understand it’s not easy for some traders trying to day trade, some  uses direct binance platform to trade so any short break on the it could make a lot of their clients loose or miss an opportunity, that is why sometimes it is good to have one’s coins stored in a private wallet or use an external trading software that can be downloaded on the Personal Computer to trade.

The network is back now and probably they were carrying out some sort of maintenance or it might be a short network Jam, this happens a lot sometimes when number of people expected to use or visit the website over shadow provision made in terms of bandwidth which will require upgrade as soon as possible. So, what to do when such happens is to wait for 24 to 72hrs before concluding on that thing you and I know was running through your mind when you notice. LOL. I am sure you have lots of coin stocked in the binance wallet.

I do not have much money in my Binance account. But I am learning. It was the first time I ever saw this alert and it persisted for 30 minutes until the alert went away.
Next time you can check any site with this online site for being sure: . 30 min is nothing if you can feel the pain of traders that suffered from exchange hack news. At least you go forward according to your plan, don't care about negative opinions of others.

you just panic, you definitely haven't really checked your internet connection.
This is not an error from binance, but is a Human error that you did.

Try also using vpn next time if that occur again.

Changing IP is not really an advisable thing to do when logging on exchanges especially Binance. Don't want to mess with the exchange for having an unrecognized IP especially if it will came from other country.

OP's problem isn't really a problem. It's just that it needs a basic tweaks and now it was solved. Smiley

It isnt on Binance end yet this problem occurs on your own internet connection. From the word itself Network unavailable you can already point out
that connection to internet had the problem. So, better check it out and dont drink too much coffee.  Cheesy

When I try logging on to my account. It says "Network unavailble, please refresh and try again"

What's going on?Huh
So, check your internet connection and try again. I do not think this is a big problem. If it repeats when your connection runs, then you should be suspicious. Also, you can try VPN, maybe there is something wrong with IP.

Network unavailable isn't a message an exchange would return to you. It's your OS doing so because whatever device you used to access Binance, lost connection temporarily.

You can be sure of the fact that if the problem was indeed on Binance's side, people would go nuts because of how exchanges going down out of nothing is a sensitive topic understandably.

Please check the URL twice probably some malware has made some small change in the URL to collect your login data. Instead of getting irritated become alert whenever you face such things.

Once it had happened to me, the URL was change. So, I keep telling to be extra careful.

Got a bit of a mini heart attack there huh? Tongue Next time, to make sure if the website is totally down for everyone or if it's only down or your side, I suggest using Down For Everyone Or Just Me[1].

Best of luck with your trades.

Try to double check your internet connection maybe it's only on your end, you can clear cache your browser then try again. I can still access the site though.
