i did a live chat with the support team, there's no way to open a ticket request for binance.com, however i had a bad experience with the support team, i didn't even know if i was talking to a bot or a human, they spam me with "dear user, bear with us" and everytime i ask for an update they said "we are working on it, and we will keep you updated." the problem is solved 4 days after, and the case is still open and there's no update from the support yet, no email, no chat. it was really terrible for me.
yes, i did some research to see what others experienced with binance, and i found someone who had a similar case with me, and his fund stuck for months, with no response from their support.
thank you for reminding, i meet alot of scammers, trying to pretend they will help or they know someone working in binance. that sad for people who are waiting for the right time to play with others feeling and future. No one should share their sensitive information with anyone.
