I am aware that some websites which have KYC allow small amount transactions without KYC.  Has anyone familiarity with Binance, and if I make a deposit can I withdraw, the amount being less than 50 USD.

I am thinking of adding my existing bitcoins to binance to buy request network, which O gather has far to go,then storing them in myetherwallet

Some websites are very fussy if you ask them questions like that. I once mistyped my mobile number on a website and they told me no changes & i cannot be accepted

of course, some exchanges require KYC so there are no fake accounts, also avoiding fraud using the Exchange.
if your cellphone number cannot be changed please contact the Customer service to apply for it he can help you

I use instant exchange like cryptoket.io or coinswitch that use Binance for exchange.

Why would you use them instead of the original Binance?

After all it is likely that they are more expensive than the original,
because they obviously want to profit from offering their service.

I´d feel more comfortable with my funds at Binance than by trusting the
2 sites that you mention.

Yes, it is very possible to withdraw from binance without KYC because it is a very good exchange. It has a very good space, it is reliable, safe and secure and it has high transaction speed.

I suggest you try to choose a large trading platform for trading, even if they ask you to provide KYC, because this is safer for your cryptocurrency!

Binance or some famous exchange require the KYC to approve the large transaction because they want to know about you. Some goverment prohibit crypto action so that they wnat to know where ou live to make suare that if you have problem in crypto, there is legal with them. Please do the KYC with some simple step: upload your ID and selfie with your face.

that's right, I think he doesn't have to fill and send any document because we can withdraw two btc per 24h and I think it's enough especially if he only want to use less than $50. but it is better to verify his account, so he can withdraw a larger amount every day and don't forget to secure your account, so you don't worry about anything. I still have an unverified account in binance too, and I don't have any problem to deposit and to withdraw but I have a plan to make my account verified.
To secure your Binance account, you should verify it. When you lose your control with your account, they will ask you give your ID or Passport to prove that you are the owner and of course if you don't verify it soon you must spend a lot of time to solve your problem.

I very much hope that Binance will continue this strategy, because now people really need to give people the opportunity not to pass verification, because they just do not want to do it. I believe that this is the right desire.

Using Google a little will never hurt:

https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000864371-Verification-on-Binance

Veritified  account: withdraw 50BTC per 24h

Non-veritified account: withdraw 2BTC per 24h (Start from 2017/8/3 12:00AM, Beijing Time)

For a non KYC account, you have a withdrawal limit of 2 BTC per day.

for my own KYC is a security system. where the presence of these KYC then we will increasingly feel safe. In the event of a claim the coin which indeed become our right. But in the absence of actual market also KYC secure. It doesn't matter if it can be guaranteed to be so.

Does Binance still allow 2 BTC withdrawal without KYC ?
I have hard time to find details

Last time i checked (3-4 weeks ago) there wasn't a problem about it.

But crypto is a fast World, everything can change just in a second.

KYC is a good move from exchanges if you ask me because it will give users protection from the spammers in our communinty, verification process should eliminate these bots from the greedy people.

It's irrelevant.

There, without identification, about 2,000 dollars are allowed for withdrawal. At Bittrex you will not be allowed to do this anymore, Poloneikse will also be banned soon.

Yes, binance works without KYC as I know. I don't have a large deposit there (usually it's no more than $3000) but there wasn't any problems with withdrawals without verification at all.

As i know more and more exchange ask their customer to fill the kyc form and because i have no account in binance so i dont know what is applicable there. Kyc for exchanger is safe i think for customer.

binance really works for anyone with just email verification and no need for KYC, if you are not planning to withdraw 100 bitcoin in just a day well you are capable on doing binance and have some transaction daily.

Binance is indeed a very remarkable exchange, which was able to attract a large number of people due to the fact that it does not close the withdrawal of funds per day by 2 BTC, so probably such a number of people are trading on this resource.

If your account is not verified, then you have a limit of 2 Bitcoins for withdrawal per day. It is a rolling limit. For the level 2 you are able tp up to withdrawal 100 BTC per day.

And that's good for trader. But sooner or later, they will ask for your KYC.

Use the decentralized Etherdelta exchange for ERC-20 tokens. This exchange does not require verification.
etherdelta can only trade coin/token from ethereum and sometimes very hard to do withdraw and deposit, I prefer binance because a lot of coin which is in trade there and its very nice service

Has noone ever questioned the actual credibility of Binance? They do not even publish their company address anywhere on their website, nor is their country of incorporation mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions. Security standards are also apparently not their main focus if they do not do any KYC at all.

I would be cautious.

Cryptopia and Poloniex are probably the only ones who are not asking for kyc and aml, the other ones are all asking for this shit for withdrawing money.

Poloniex wont even let me trade let alone withdraw with going through verification.

Poloniex sucks and has been going on the downward trend for a few months now. I hope they are out of top 10 for volume soon because they are bad in my opinion. Looking forward to trying out Binanace though didn't know they had no KYC regulations that is awesome!

I've been waiting on KYC confirmation from Binance for close to two weeks now. Anyone else in the same boat?
If you are having with your KYC confirmation and you can try to make a ticket. I was submitting my ticket and they are investigating my problem and my kyc gets approved after some days later.
You may need to make a ticket to submit your problem to the team. It may take a lot of time.

Nice to see other's comments here because I've been wondering the same thing.  I didn't jump into Binance right away because I didn't trust the new exchange but I'm beginning to think that exchanges outside the US might actually be more secure due to the government forcing regulations.  I mostly use a trading bot (Gunbot) and its next release supports Binance... when it does I'm going to transition away from Bittrex.
Recently started to use Binance and it's the only exchange that has never given me Cloudflare-errors in the past two weeks. Works like a charm every day and deposits/withdrawals are also processed faster than anywhere else. I've been using it without KYC. They got pretty much every alt you can think of as well so it's a great place to trade.
Yes i like BInance App too it's easy to trade. but their more room for improvement hope they will add stop limit so traders from bittrex will switch to this. Binance will add more tools in the future.

Yes, I've been using Binance for a month now since i get out from Bittrex. You can trade there without complying to KYC. It has the maximum limit withdrawal of 2 Bitcoin. Anyway, Binance is in compliance with KYC/AML policy. So if you want to deposit or withdraw more than the amount of withdraw and deposit of level 1 account. Then you have to provide your ID in able to do that. But since you have small capital. I think there's no need to go for level 2 account. We should take advantage this. We don't know when this could last. Like what happen to Bittrex. You cannot withdraw any penny without verification on your account.

Etherdelta is the best exchange that you can use in order to trade and deposit-withdraw as much money as you want, but there are a lot of ico's tokens in there, and they all are crap.

if you want to withdraw a large amount of money in binance, then the best thing that you can do is just upload your documents.
