I think so too, but a low volumes of ED are just killing me. Unfortunately we have only 1 active DEX for ERC20 tokens only. I guess there will appear another DEXes not only for ERC20 tokens in 2018.

I sent some coins to a wrong wallet and I panicked. I locked the account. It's all my fault but it would be nice to get back on the site

can i know what is the reason you lock the account?

Binance is having upgrading or maintenance, i don't think they are able to unlock it in recently. maybe u can just try to email them again so that they can do something on it.

Today binance performs system upgrades and maintenance has just finished. My advice you have to wait, do not make a new ticket again, because it will cause spam and make your problem will be long. You can give a few more days and then try to access your account.

You should know, there are now hundreds and even thousands of binance users who can not trade today and I hear binance also disable deposits and withdrawals.

I think you just have to wait.. Binance has now serious problems and actually noone can trade and deposit/withdraw until 9/2/17..

I had to lock my account back on January 30th. On January 31st I sent in a ticket to unlock it and summited all of the pictures they asked of me. I was told it would take 5 days to unlock which is fine. It's day 8 now and numerous emails were sent to the supporting ticket number to remind them that it's been 8 days. The replies I get from Binance are the generic computer responses like this one. "Please access Binance help center，and search related documents:https://support.binance.com Binance Team" The ticket has already been sent 8 days ago!!!! Has anyone else experienced this. It's getting quite annoying at this point. I don't know what else to do. Any advise would be great.
