What's the use of trying to access and use the account if you don't have access to the email address linked to it?

Eventually when you want to withdraw or reset a password. Binance will send a verification link to that email address to approve your withdrawal or password reset. In other words, without access to the email address, you Binance account is useless.

I would first try to recover the email address if I were you.

There is a way to change the email address once op gets the password right (triggers new device login verification) or get an access to their account (access the account right away) BUT the catch is, it is very risky 'cause you can trigger the account verification but if op is lucky, a set of security questions could be enough. If op has exhausted all their options, it wouldn't be completely useless.

If the original email address is inaccessible

...For Lv1 users, according to your account information, you will be required to answer security questions or to complete account verification.

but ofc recovering the email address would make things a lot easier and less riskier for op, if you still haven't looked into that op, I'm also suggesting you do it!

So you mean I could try again for 5 times after 2 hours? What I wanted to know was if I didn't try 5 times. Like I tried 4 times and I have 1 try remaining. If I didnt use up that 1 last try, would it always be there? Example, I tried 4 times today, and then stopped, and came back to try again 24 hours later. Would it now be 1 try remaining, or 5 tries?

You can always create a throw away account using a temporary email address (https://temp-mail.org/) and test it! Did you try logging in thru a different browser (with cleared cookies&cache)/device/internet connection? if all of 'em didn't work, I say consider the possibility that you got the wrong password and contact the support to explore your options.

Thanks khaled! I didn't do Google or Sms because of security concerns. Like somone gets my number or phone. Any tips there?

If you're looking for a way to reset the email without getting the password right, there doesn't seem to be a way, check How to Change Account Email

and I strongly recommend you to enable 2FA (software, not SMS) once you get your account back. It will add an extra protection for you if ever someone got ahold of your password. You can bridge your concern by getting an OTP app that enables users to encrypt their data using a strong password like aegis. The stronger the password = the longer it would take for some stranger to decrypt it.

After the fifth login attempt your account will be disabled for 2 hours aftet which you can try to login again.
Do you at least google or sms verification enabled? You will need it to reset your email address. Otherwise you will have to verify your account.

Farewell, Leo. You will be missed!
Most free email providers like Yahoo or Hotmail allows users to connect a secondary email account that can be used for recovery in case you forget your primary email's password. It is also possible to add a phone number for added security. Did you by any chance do any of those two? If you tell us what email provider you used, it would be easier for someone to find the required steps for a successful account recovery.

I could swear I'm entering the correct password but it says I'm not.
It's because the password you are entering is not correct.

If you can not access your email account, I hope you still remember the username which is what was used on binance. You can click on forgot password to recover back you email. This should work if necessary information needed for the recovery is provided.

Try not to be careless with your accounts.

I hope I you recover your email, your Binance account recovery will be possible.

No I didn't do KYC yet Undecided
I hope you do not have any coin in that account.
Contact their customer support. I remember once I needed to take the assistance of their customer support, and they asked me to provide them a recent deposit address and withdrawal address. I could not give them what they asked for exactly, but I was able to give them a deposit address I used in Binance and a withdrawal address from the past. After that they unlocked my account.

I can't answer that question but... Is your account verified (KYC)? If so, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to restore it by contacting support if it ever get locked, even if you lose access to your email.

I could swear I'm entering the correct password but it says I'm not. I've already tried 2 or 3 times and now it says I have only 2 more tries left. I can't remember my email password. I created that email just for Binance. Now I'm wondering if the attempts reset to the original 4 or 5 overtime or not. I'm freaking out!
