Bitcoin Core does not support Classic, so it makes sense that sipa, a Bitcoin Core developer, does not tell you about the classic fork, especially since they don't mine particularly many blocks. Segwit's deployment is not yet defined, but after it is and is released, I'm sure that this chart will be updated.Although does not show all version bits set - does not include Classic or SegWit - which I thought there were some?

I, for a brief time, ran a site which also monitored all of the forks. I closed it down because there wasn't a lot of traffic, it was getting expensive, and the software I wrote was prone to crashing.
