I truly believe Bips is a scam.
I tried to get in touch with them about a week ago - still no reply. Also, I miscalculated how much money I lost - New calculation shows I lost over $300! Sad

But, but...isn't BIPS a Bitcoin Foundation member?  (...like 'tradefortress' and his Inputs.io?)

IIRC, BIPS is yet another provider that had an unfortunate 'theft' happen to them recently and 'lost' a cool $1M or so.

To bad the Bitcoin Foundation is so focused on the scourge of 'child exploitation' and discussions about coin blacklisting that they cannot afford the resources to vet those who pay them off.

Guess what! My bitcoins finally went through! Sure, it took a few days longer than usual, but I'm sooo happy that I have them!

I still have the Bips problem, though.

So what's going on with earncrypto? You know everyone is saying scam, I'm still holding out hope, kind of...lol

If you don't keep people updated (on your facebook page), what are they to think?

Edit:

Just read your post in the newbie section, guess you were sick... please update your facebook for earncrypto...

Earncrypto was a joint project with a friend who has connections with the whole 'Get Paid To' industry. There were some major issues with users using stolen credit cards completing trial offers and purchases. Some advertisers ended up saying we were defrauding them, one cut ties and refuses to pay us (so we'll just eat that as a loss), some of the others wont release any money to us until we get the site updated to their standards of fraud protection.

You would not believe how many users create alt accounts, fake referrals, use proxies to complete offers not in their country, as well as users who were using some automated bots to complete low level offers to get to the the minimum to withdraw.

For that project to be viable the minimum withdrawal has to be increased so its not so low that users are encouraged to create fake accounts to get quick withdrawals, aswell as either high point offers has to be just all removed or we need more forms of verification on users. Like how you cant buy btc without providing bank information, IDs, we'd need to verify through phone, possibly with ID for users who complete offers with credit cards.

That projects just been one big headache. Users call the site a scam, advertisers call the site a scam. Once the new fraud measures are in place and all the payments are done I'm cutting ties with that project. I've already removed all the links to Stuffcoins on it.

I think the sites sent about 450 out of 600 of the requested payments. Some of the btc payments are sent from this blockchain address so that you can see coins do get sent:
https://blockchain.info/address/1DwsHSKpCaD3pfDTJzHwLp6wPa2zHAdfGv

Then of course lots of ppl withdraw LTC/Doge/etc.

Hi.

I have about 0.07 bitcoins in Stuffcoins. I requested to withdraw them a few days ago. I have heard nothing yet. There goes most of my bitcoins Sad

I have had customers buy about 0.08 worth of products via boxbilling/bips. Boxbilling shows that they were paid, but there is absolutely no evidence in the Bips control panel. No invoices, no payments, nothing.

Does anybody know if either of these websites are a scam? I've really worried as I lost most of my bitcoins Sad

Your withdraw has been sent. Just behind on btc withdrawals, no current delay on any doge withdrawals.

I'm not sure about bips.me, that looks like a bitcoin payment processor, probably unrelated.

I know that stuffcoins and earncrypto have scammed out, either that or the admin is in the hospital / lost at sea...

It's the same admin of earncrypto.com, they haven't paid for almost a month now...

So yeah, it's most likely a scam.  Embarrassed

Here is the admin's profile, but as you can see, hasn't been active since Jan. 10th...
