All good. They had mail issues. Got my refund after a month. Closed

Sent coins to mixer (https://bitcloak43blmhmn.com/), accidentally below minimum of 0.01.
Contacted the support via mail ([email protected]) for a refund. No answer. Wrote a 2nd mail a week later. Still no answer for about 3 weeks now.
Never had any issues with bit cloak.
