We are currently working on big updates to the site. When poker is available again i will make a detailed post here with all the information.

MP are killing it, looks like MP devs sometimes forgot their projects, it´s sad because they have good reputation but i think their reputation are getting smaller each time, and it´s sad because J and prof (bit-exo admins) are the most trusted admins in my opinion, they work hard but as long as they continue to depend on moneypot we need the moneypot team to speed up updates and responses and use their social networks that have them abandoned to increase all apps traffic.

Right now that the ICO has been canceled, I'm almost sure they will take at least another week to send the funds back and this will add negativity to new users.

Along with bit-exo, there are about 3 other apps that could be interesting if MP team becomes more effective.

Is sad but I am a user who played daily in several apps, now I only visit bit-exo and only sometimes because without players in moneypot it is difficult to win. I hope this changes soon for bit-exo, what happens with MP is beginning to be indifferent to me but I will continue to support bit-exo no matter what happens

I'm curious, because it's been a little over half a year since we spoke about the poker room.  What's the p/l like on the rake the room has generated vs the money you are giving away in daily and weekly freerolls?  What are the month-over-month traffic stats like (I notice you still aren't listed on pokerscout)?  You can of course feel free to private message me if you aren't comfortable disclosing that info publicly.

All I know is the only two people, besides me, who were willing to pony up any money to play poker on the site had tags of "mod" and "admin".  So clearly they are associated with the site in some capacity.  That gives off an odd appearance. 

A close community is great, but as a poker player I don't care.  All I care about is an honest game that's easy to get decent volume in on.  I can't speak to the former, but from first impressions it seems like the latter isn't happening on B-E.  It's great that people have lives, but when you're running a poker site your first priority should probably be that somebody is around to fix issues that arise.  If you don't...you get a ghost town.

Bit-Exo has no employees. Site has two owners who have their real lifes - same as any of us and therefore can't be on the site 24/7.
Moderators on this site are not employess and are not paid in any way. Therefore you were actually refunded by one of the site player just like you.
It is because we have a strong and close community and Staxxd wanted to ease your situation and help you out with the accidental issue that was not caused by us.

What do you mean play with other wallet? You can deposit from any wallets to moneypot or directly to the app (bit-exo).

I appreciate the sentiment, but I neither asked for nor am I interested in a handout.  As I mentioned, I was looking for a prompt refund of the money from the failed spin because I was cashing out and with a 600 bit processing fee, 100 (or, now, 200) bits sitting in my account is worse than useless.  And since nobody could give me an answer aside from telling me that some guy may or may not be at Ikea, I figured a quarter wasn't worth the mental energy anymore.  So you guys can go ahead and take that back.

As far as giving it another try...why lie, I really doubt that's going to happen.  The poker room is so dead and any games that do run seem to be populated by employees of the site, and are quite small.  That's kind of a bad look and doesn't really hold any interest to me.  It's a good idea, and I'm sure everyone working at Bit-Exo is very intelligent and nice but the poker room seems to have missed the mark.

Sorry you had a bad experience. The issues have been fixed and you were sent double your original buy-in, usually slot
& go is a fun & smooth running game but occasionally there are glitches. The admin made some changes today that should prevent the server from getting bogged down and hopefully this will no longer be any issue. I really hope you will give it another try.

Here's a report on my experience with the Bit-Exo spin variant today.

Cliffs: Big fail

I had some free time so I wanted to check it out as I enjoy spin n gos and particularly like the provably fair aspect of the B-E set up.  I registered for a handful of spins and the smallest one eventually filled after ~30 minutes.  Come to find out that the two other participants were a mod and an admin.  After we got three people in...nothing happened.  They contacted someone that they knew who I guess is another admin and informed him of the issue.  I'm not really sure as that person wasn't in the public chat box.  After ~15 min the funds were refunded and the person who I assume they were speaking to (An admin named "J_Roc"...they kept calling the person "J" so seems like the same guy) told us that the problem was fixed and we should try a 100 bit spin to make sure it was working.  Seeing both other people enter, I figured what the hell since I was trying to get larger games going and wanted to make sure they would spawn.

Nope.

Again the game didn't spin or populate.  It's been nearly an hour and a half since that happened and there's been no refund or contact.  I asked after coming back if there was an eta and was told that "J is at ikea, not sure when he'll be home".  Lovely.  Obviously the quarter is only relevant because after seeing the condition of the poker room I'm trying to withdraw and there's a 600 bit fee.  So I guess you guys can keep that.  It's a shame because the poker room has potential but between the zero people playing real money games and the spin not working when we actually get 3 people who want to spend money, I don't really see myself giving this another shot.

Because the contest is based on amount wagered/raked we decided it would be better to keep it separate. We started with cashgames, but for tourneys and slots & go we still need to add weekly leader-boards with the same prize structure. When we get to this (i hope very soon)we will also add a rakeback system.

I have told that to professor , but not sure if J saw it so hopefully he can do something with that cause in all poker sites rakeback includes everything including tourneys and sngs ( basically everything where players pay a fee to the site )
so IMO it's unfair to reward only ring players with rakeback , unless it's a bot or coding problem then it's a different story
but anyways it should be considered , cause the fees in tourney and slots n go are considered rake

If you look under the registration you will see a list of I believe the last 10 games played and it will have a bet ID number shown by each of the last 10 games (if you play a game, your game will show there as the most recent game - I hope this makes sense) You can click the bet ID and once you click there you can see a breakdown in percentage of the odds of hitting each multiplier.

A poker site needs a certain traffic level to attract other players. And if you consider that the betcoin.ag scam get its traffic mainly from the 70 signature campaign promoters here, a signature campaign could be indeed useful.

No, that actually wouldn't help at all.  The number of people on this forum who are interested in playing real money poker for even small amounts is very very small.  And most of them know about the room anyway.  Doing a sig campaign would just be throwing money away.  What he needs to do is to advertise on poker forums where there are a bunch of people who actually WANT to play these games, they just are unaware of the site.  I actually gave him this information months ago but haven't' seen anything anywhere.  I understand that building a site is hard work, and the poker aspect of bit-exo is very small, but next to building a stable platform, advertising is the most important aspect.  Running promos is great but it doesn't get people in if they aren't aware that the site exists.  An all-crypto poker site is desperately needed in the poker community, now more than ever with more and more countries shutting fiat poker down.

If you make a deposit from moneypot wallet then you do not need to wait, but if you make a deposit from your own wallet so you need till your deposit is confirmed. If you do not want to wait too long so you should pay higher fees when you make a deposit from your own wallet.

Thanks! Oh by the way, have you log in to their site? How was it and how's the deposit, does it take some time for it to reflect too? I don't want to waste my time on a gambling site wherein I have to sit and wait for my deposit to come in. Do let me know though!

We will be starting a signature campaign for our site soon.

It would be helpful if they could just create a signature campaign for their site and advertise it. The problem that I'm seeing here is that not a lot of people knows that this poker website exists. They need to advertise themselves and extend their reach to the member of this forum. Player base will not increase if don't take this seriously and they would just die out in the long run.

Room seems pretty dead.  Couldn't get even a 2k spin going, there were 0 people in the poker room, and the tournament lobby only had tournaments from a month ago listed.
