Sweet thanks!

Anyone on those random numbers?

AFAIK they use the random number generator from your OS, thus it should be the same on- or offline.
CMIIW, but they also track the mouse movement at the start when you open the webpage and generates more random numbers to add entropy to the private keys.

So I was running BTC on an offline computer the problem.. the random # generator thingy warning comes up so I Need a newer browers.. Both firefox and chrome need to connect to the web... IE same....

A) How useless is the wallet with out that random generator?

B) What is the best way to get a full comp of a browser that doesn't need to connect to the web to install?

using an online computer google
"install browser offline"
"standalone browser install"

or similar terms, and you will find results of a full install exe that you can then memory stick to the offline PC.

mozilla firefox portable edition is one example

Chrome can open html files even when not connected to web. In fact, I think all browsers can. In chrome, just type into the URL bar
Code:
file:///path/to/file
where the path/to/file is the path to the file, including the drive letter in windows e.g. C:/
