Haven't heard about the site, but upon searching I've seen threads on reddit about it. Also, seems like it's not only you who can't withdraw from there (last comment HERE). Just continue sending messages to them about the problem in any possible way.
I also feel sad. but thanks for sharing the info here. although I first heard it, but your experience and all my friends here always be my consideration in stepping and taking goals.
