Yeah, I follow these steps and download up to 13254 blocks and stock.
The client say: "Warning: Checkpoint is too old. Wait for block chain to download, or notify developers"
with addnode=69.164.204.19 currently in number of connections I have zero connections!

Do you have a firewall thats blocking the client? Its sounds like the wallet is unable to connect, thus the errors. You should check your connection and any virus/firewall software. The port=8777 if you want to add that to the .conf.
