I have never used them myself but I found a post about them on BitcoinMarkets subreddit but nothing that worth reading and I also came across a forbes article , even though the domain name wasn't given but only BitBays was mentioned as a name I guess Its legit since the staff is chinese and so the website you gave us.
Done some investigation and it seems they are using same name as bitbay.net which is poland based trading platform and have some reputation.
Also their investment part looks shady for me.
They are pretty new without any good review over the internet, so better not to try them with bigger amount.
