Seems like this game is becoming more popular. I have been seeing lots of people that are creating this game online, and I have seen like up to four in this forum… Just like the one I saw last, the name is Betinance and their data is from Binance. And here is another one, seems like I would try out this game. There is no difference between this and binary trading, cause what you’re doing here is the same as price predictions, you predict and you win money from those that lose. But how do you guys plan to cope if there are not much people that are making use of the site yet?

Hi, how is the withdrawal fee calculated? I understand that the service fee is 2% on the winnings, but how is the withdrawal fee calculated? Is it based on a specific the amount you take out? Also, do you think that the minimum bet amount of 50 Satoshi and no faucet may be limiting the number of people you get on your platform?

Hello,

the withdrawal fee is dynamic and calculated based on mempool congestion of the BTC network once every day (withdrawing through the Lightning Network has no fee at all) and is the same for every amount.
We currently provide a signup bonus for a limited amount of time (satoshis for free), but since you are betting P2P and not against the house we currently do not provide a faucet. Maybe this will change in the future and we will add a faucet (Using the service fee).
We currently have the 50 sat minimum bet because we are still testing our infrastructure and do not want people to spam bets - which will also change very soon as we are finishing up checks and our engine is capable of processing about 10.000 bets a second.

Thanks, I now understand how the withdrawal fee is being calculated - I suppose, in this manner it is also non-biased.
As for the betting minimum I suppose it makes sense to start with a sum for testing and the fact this is subject to change is great.

I am not gonna lie these guys knows how to run a company, they improve every single day, they are replying with magnificent answers, they are trying to add new features that are asked for and not delivered in many other places, they are literally on top of things every single time.

There are bad places that you ask something and they do not deliver, then there are good places that you ask for something and they talk about it and if there is enough interest they do it which makes them good, then there are great places like this which you ask for something and they return with an already established great roadmap showing how they have been already working on it. If you guys keep going with this and add more things to wager on I am sure you guys will become bigger than many other betting places.
Common thing for a company that should really be done because if they do just neglect on what the communities suggestions and reactions then it would just easily die, compared for those companies that do listen out and made such changes according to demands will most likely survive into these market with having lots of competitors.

The response to the users here are great and we hope that they will be doing that all throughout their journey here in crypto.
I noticed that their twitter follower at the moment is only 1, was hoping more than that.
Maybe, it's time to do marketing campaign for their site. Will help in getting more players on their platform.
And if they will continue listening to the suggestions of the community, and act on it, their platform will flourish for sure.

You mention a small fee is taken as part of the service, is this a set percentage or is it a percentage that depends on the earnings?

Basing on their FAQ.

Quote
Is there a service fee?

Yes, we collect a 2% fee to keep our service running. We only take a fee on actual winnings. There are no Deposit fees, though we charge a little fee on Withdrawals.
@OP, a little charge up for withdrawals?

2% Deduction is good but you shouldnt imply more fees when making withdrawals.

There is no fee on Lightning Network withdrawals. Unfortunately there is still an on-chain fee which the user has to pay. We try to keep the fee as low as possible using average fee/byte calculations based on mempool congestion.

Thanks for all the instant replies. I was just wondering, is there perhaps a way the withdrawal fee can be reduced or removed completely? As many people will find this frustrating and if you could get around this, you would surely be a new favourite among us.

Yes absolutely! As soon as our user base grows and we get enough withdrawals per day we will introduce batching of withdrawals which will completely put withdrawal fees to 0. Stay tuned for that.

If that could be managed then this would be a new place for people to come and enjoy themselves and not even that but the traffic you'll get will be huge. I just hope  you can achieve this  Smiley

Yes we will introduce that pretty soon.

I think you can use their LN option for withdrawal so you will incur very small fee upon withdrawal. This is one advantage of having lightning network within the system, a user has the option to use that service to save satoshis.
