I am certain I am on the real bitblender site. I have been using them for a while now, have no complaints just wanted to be sure their support actually works, or if there were alternative means of reaching them.

They should be responsive on support, just wait a bit man. No need to start panicking if you've used them multiple times before and everything went smoothly. Plus, it's only been a few hours lol. They may be sleeping or whatever.

If you don't get a response just PM their forum account, though it's been last active 1 month ago so not sure if you can get a response instantly.
Yes bitblender is not that active here but I've seen a lot of similar threads where bitblender respond after Lutpin asked them to. If you want to get a response from their account here asap. It'll be faster to just contact Lutpin who manages their signature campaign here and has a direct contact to them. He's practically here everyday. You can ask him to have bitblender respond here
