now i response, and say your account is close, i forward my problem askgamblers Smiley

Hi gio999,

seeing as you wican you please explain why your device and IP address has registered 62 accounts?
It is the sense of an independent Mediation service to check the server logs and publicly state what happened. Otherwise it is your word against his word.

Or do you forward sever logs to askgamblers?

Hi gio999,

seeing as you wish to continue on the forum instead of emails and for the sake of transparency - can you please explain why your device and IP address has registered 62 accounts?
we don’t like players who make multiple accounts to fraud our promotions as well as it being against our terms and conditions which you have agreed upon when registering your account.
all of your accounts will remain closed and our funds you have won from the promotions abuse will be confiscated.

This is the thing with semi-regulated casinos, they always ask you for KYC after a while and you never see it coming.

I don't think that this is an exit scam, otherwise they would have blocked some other withdrawal other than this tiny ass 20 mBTC one.

To be honest, any bitcoin casino should operate on the principle of not having KYC if not needed. Because people deposit on the expectation that they won't be held up by anyone, otherwise they would all be going to fiat casinos instead.

Thankfully you weren't required to provide id when you withdrew larger amounts. Otherwise, it would have been a disaster.

No problems here. Deposited the 100mbtc received the 100mbtc bonus. Rolled the bonus funds over 5x and withdraw 300mbtc. Withdrawl was processed immediately.

Your withdraws
Date and TimeTransaction IDAmount mBTC

101.0001 mBTC

Aug 10th 2017, 12:47
199 mBTC

BTW, you were a idiot not to maximize it to the max since its a huge +EV bonus with just 5x wagering requirement of the bonus funds and the bonus funds were not sticky. No where at any online casino will you find such a bonus with as little rollover requirement and allowed to keep the bonus funds.

But since they obviously have some concern and put your account under review maybe thats why you didnt?

LOL exit scam ...okkkkkk thats why they spent the last several months redesigning the website in order to exit scam. JFC you are dumb.

How much did they pay you to act as a shill or to defend their dishonest practices? Was it high enough for a KFC meal?

Casinos will always find a way to keep coins you inject into their system. It's all about maximizing revenue, even if it means inconveniencing their customers and losing them. As a casino, they are adept in taking risks and are therefore betting, against all odds, that this customer will simply let it go and give up.

No, it's definitely not an exit scam. More like a dishonest strategy or a misused loophole.

I suggest to demand from them to deliver the announced mediation service. Imagine your issue will be handled by a fair and independent complaints resolution service?

PS. game-protect we would be very happy to have a skype call with you to run through all the issues you have with us and answer all your questions.

Further we hope then, that would open the door for a transparent mediation process, should any bitcasino players come to you with legitimate issues.

But it will be not Game Protect, because I left the show after 3 months.

It really sounds like you're being jerked around here if they first said that you multi-accounted, then when that obviously didn't pan out that you need to give them proper KYC. In what country is a bitcoin casino even legal? You think KYC is normal for that? It's all bullcrap to steal your money. I'm surprised they stole such a small amount from you. Consider yourself lucky in that regard.

Yeah I was panning on going for the 100mbtc max limit they had for the bonus but luckily I didnt.

So I played with bitcasino every so often as you can see here never had any issues before with them with LARGE amounts:

DEPOSITS:

WITHDRAWALS:

As you can see I played large amounts and been able to withdraw without any problems

HOWEVER; I saw that there was a 100% deposit bonus only had to play 5x over which is awesome.

Or so I thought.

I deposited .015 and ended with .02422 not bad.

Tried withdrawing and notice it was taking long. I then contacted live chat support and was told my account is under review for abusing bonus and claiming I was multi accounting.

Really? Are you fucknig kidding me?

Then I get a KYC request for .02422

Becareful with their new promotions; its bait. It seems the new site/bonuses theyre offering is leading to exit scams

Despite it being a small amount I will not be scammed and will do what I can so they can face the consequences. This is just plain BULL.

Im a god damn VIP, have deposited large amounts and withdrawn large amounts before without any issues until now.

UPDATE:

They finally replied to me and also emailed me contrary bs at the same time.

Hi purpleground13,

Apologies and thanks for your patience whilst we went through your case.  Your account was flagged by our automatic KYC verification process due to a false positive match to a number of other bonus abusing accounts, which required a manual review from our side.  The withdrawal restrictions on your account have been lifted now.

Uh huh.

Well thanks for fixing it.

I will not be returning here; only came back because of the updates and offers but its not worth the trouble and risk.
