So I saw this post and as someone who gambles time to time, I feel like I have to post. I have no affiliations with this site nor do I even know who they are. But when you invest in a casino site you should always be aware that 95 % of the time that they will always ask for KYC. And its perfectly legal and by law they need to do it, It does not matter if you live in India or Sweden. While crypto has no age limit, gambling certainly does. And you should always be aware when gambling that these things will happen. Governments have become very very stringent on these things, and I understand why they dont want to take chances.

Just found this that makes 0 sense to me.
https://prnt.sc/10nml95 done.
https://prnt.sc/10nm7ku Carry out additional procedures for over 2000 euros. I did not even exceed 400.
https://prnt.sc/10nmm1r Yet here it says for any amount? What's the relevance to the 2000 euros then? If they're going to do it anyways.

They've yet to explain why the targeted attack against myself even after verifying via KYC. I've seen nobody else have this exact issue. They're refusing to pay me my winnings and that's a complete scam and bullshit of a casino. I have no intentions to play anymore after this cashout.

My problem here is why they didn’t just send me the 3rd party the first time. I looked up kyc process and theirs and saw nothing of this... I completed the process and are being asked to redo it simply because I had big winnings. I’m very skeptical about this because now they’ve all my info on the email they asked me to send them. And now this? What are they doing with my info on the first email. This is a crypto casino it’s meant to be private but no. I’m not down anymore to continue giving out my private information that they now have and won’t even use. they’ve employed extra steps to me for no reason whatsoever. 0 suspicious activity just a guy trying to make some money for his streams.

Can I know why? And how come? I already did the KYC process what was the point of that?
If that random site is coming from their official customer service page or bitcasino site alone then I do not see any reason not to submit the docs. Yeah, it sucks to send the documents twice but since they are asking then why not just co-operate them. I am pretty sure this will end well.

Hello,

According to our Terms and conditions, we need to go through the whole KYC process.
It is still in progress, and the user has been notified.

Regards,
Karl

I’m from Canada all is good here. And my point is that I did KYC, submitted what they needed without asking questions and they’re requesting it again through a third party. I had a hard time trusting them to even send my ID and now this... I’m a streamer who likes checking out new casinos to play, I’ll be sure to recommend them not to play this site.
Try to pm bitcasino.io's main account on here https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bitcasinoio-support-2087138

I didn't check whatever bitcasino is accepting anyone from Canada or not, but i will check it later on their ToS.

They asked you for KYC should be a valid reason for that. Where are you from? Did you playing from any restricted / banned country which prohibits by bitcasino?

What happened::  I saw bitcasino and decided to check it out. I deposited and got very lucky. Turned 25$ to 500$ on my first deposit. This should be fairly normal but appearing as on their system clearly it is not. My account got restricted and I were asked to do the bullshit KYC process that they use to try and avoid paying out (they’re aware minors play the site) I myself are of legal age so without any issues I sent them the pieces required. Perfect lighting and perfect picture. I’ve waited a while and finally got a response. They now send me a random website to verify my ID on. Usually I’d say no worries why not, but how come they’re making me verify twice? What did they need my info for the first time!?! It seems like utter bullshit and trying any excuse not to payout.

Additional Notes: I’ve not broken a single rule. I gamble a lot with money I can afford to lose. I’ve wagered around 300-400k in the last few months alone via roobet and stake/gamdom. I’ve only deposited 25$ here and were willing to loose it to test out the site. Glad to say I’m never coming back here again. olor]
