I do not know where you live, but no one expects honest games from this casino! They operate with a fake license with no control whatsoever and can easily fake the games and at the same time they claim to be authorised and regulated by the Government of Curacao. But when you ask them to show the authorisation by the government and how they regulate them, only silence!

Here is a little bit ro read: BitCasino scam

Thank you for this info, do you happen to have a link to their fake certificate?

How do you tell if a gaming website is legit or not?

you can tell if its not legit, usually there are too many complaints and scam accusations
you can Google something like site xxxx scam? xxxx review and similar
mind you,the more popular the site is the more info  and sometimes false accusations you will find
one can check  http://www.badbitcoin.org/thebadlist/index.htm if it is listed there, almost certainly its a scam
doesn't mean that a perfectly legit site can't make an exit scam move, suddenly,so there is risk almost always

As I understand this, no Bitcoin address is linked to a account on their side. They might even rotate the Bitcoin addresses between user accounts, like a mixing service. So it will be difficult for them to validate that the money was actually yours. What makes it even more difficult is the fact that you used a ATM/Vending machine, so you cannot sign a transaction to prove that you own the sending address.

This is a tricky situation. Is this a very large amount?

What happened here is natural and normal. Of course it would not go to your account in bitcasino.io, that is because the deposit address you used is not the deposit address that is assigned to you when you actually deposit money into your casino's account. The address that usually sends out payouts are not the addresses you are supposed to send bitcoins to. They are usually mixed with other addresses that is why it is not your deposit address. Now, this is all on you. You made a mistake and since there is no way to prove your mistake then you can't really get it back. Maybe if the "kiosk" gave you a receipt then it is possible, but generally you can't get it back in my opinion.

pretty bad practice to be sending coins to an old deposit addy without double checking first
but whats done is done and now he is at their mercy
they might have had that wallet associated with the address changed lost or closed in any way or form
usually it should be valid and I am pretty sure they have access to it,but if they decide to take your coins and say there is nothing we can do
they have a perfectly legit excuse to do so,sadly
I hope you get your coins back, almost 6k USD at current prices is big money

I explain to bitcasino.io in great detail whats happen. I know this wallet is still alive. There is activity with it before and after I send fund there on accident. It frustrate me they do not care. No attempts to find my coins. Just say 'that is not your address for deposit'. No efforts. I ask if that is they wallet. 'Maybe it is' they say! That sounds the reply of 15 year olds not safe casino!

I think you shouls just let it go right here, there is no wau they will return it back to you. First this is your fault from the start, they do no intend to fix this thing because they wont get any red trust if they do not fix it. Second, I believe with that amount due to the current price it is really huge amount and they will use this as their bankroll or even take away from their own because they need it to build their site too

I believe that 3 years old address is long gone. And may be that address is not valid anymore since they already delete it or change to the new one. But still it is possible for them to find it again, due to the current price 0.805 btc is quite sum amount of money here. You should really contact them instead of posting it right here. Ask them return it minus the cost, I believe they will be willing to do it

I frequently call out bitcasino for abusing players. But to be fair you accidentally sending coins to a three year old deposit address that may or may not exist is not bitcasino's fault. That being said they possibly have access to the wallet, if they do they should return the funds to you. You may need to contact someone higher up beyond support if they aren't being helpful.

It starts in Oct. 2014 3 yeares ago. I find free bitcoin code on realcashbonus.com website. 10mbtc free for bitcasino.io. I have good run and make it up to 805 mbtc! Then I make the withdraw.

Now it is 3 year later. I am not frequent bitcoin users. I find kiosk in this bar and I try to buy bitcoins. But I confuse my address with bitcasino.io address that pays me 805 mbtc 3 year ago!

oops! But no problms right? bitcoin I buy will go to my bitcasino.io account right? Nope. They just takes the deposit. Say I posted it to wrong address. Maybe I does but that is still bitcasino.io wallet. They have my bitcoins but wont give them to me because honest mistake!

This casino you expect honest games when they doesn't make right honest mistake? I only ask them for deposit into my account. Not ask them for any refund. But they just take the money. It not right to treat customer this way.

It's not super unfair that it isn't credited to you. By kiosk, I assume you mean an ATM, right? The withdraw from the ATM would not have a private key that you control, making it impossible to prove that those coins were yours. I could easily pick a random transaction going to Bitcasino.io, and pretend that it is mine. Obviously they wouldn't credit me because there is no proof that those coins were mine. The bitcasino.io address that paid you would not be your deposit address, but rather from another person's deposit address or their hot wallet, so the coins do not lead to your account.

I get that you are angry at this mistake, but from their perspective, you are just a random person possibly trying to scam them.

Yes coins are not gone to my depositing address. I make a mistake. But those Bitcoin are not account for. I challenge bitcasino.io to defend themselfs. If my coin goes to anothers deposit address then it not likely active account. I played it 3 years ago October 2014! AND I notify them immediately. 2 days later I told them of this mistake. But they say nothing.

Where is my bitcoin? If it is to that hot wallet the coins will be not account for. If that case do honestly and return my coins.
