What is KYC ?

Know your customer (KYC) refers to due diligence activities that financial institutions and other regulated companies must perform to ascertain relevant information from their clients for the purpose of doing business with them. The term is also used to refer to the bank regulation which governs these activities.

I agree. Any scammer can now buy a casino script and when the withdraw moment comes, it ask for KYC.
Also facebook was acused by selling the personal data and he lost alot of money because of this.

What do you think?? Does the OP read their terms and conditions?? Probably not that is why he posted this. I don't see any scam here. Your mistake here is you didn't read their terms and conditions and then you will make a scam accusation against them??

Lesson: Before registering to a crypto gambling website or any website, learn to read their terms and conditions first.

I did't receive my money = SCAM
When I deposited = no KYC = they took money without a problem, like all others
Why there are always problem just at withdraw ?

Hope during registration you were agreed their terms & conditions. But fortunately when they are asking for that you are calling them scammer. I can understand this is crypto and everyone want to stay anonymous, but you should not agree agree their terms & conditions before registration.

I can see if you are not click tik mark on terms & conditions then registration button will not clickable for you.

So your scam accusation is not valid in my opinion.

Bitcasino scammed you for $45  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

You don't judge an incident to be a scam attempt based on the dollar value of the fund in question although in this case it wasn't a scam attempt since they have also specified, they have a right to request for KYC of their customer if they suspect illegalities (suspicion activity coming from their account) and to be fair they didn't specify the minimum amount needed for the KYC to be requested.

They are not authorized to process personal data, what they do is ilegal and abusive to steal people's money.
Illegal? From what i've read what ralle14 post on above, they are clearly tell us if they can ask KYC anytime they want.
But it's kinda strange for them to ask you for KYC, while your withdrawal only 0.0045 btc which isn't big. I guess you have broke their other rules.

If you don't want to do KYC, just ignore them

What I understand is that you need to give the the ID. This was in their terms when you signed up with them. So, I do not think it won't be helpful if you refuse to assist them with what they need.

I do not see they are wrong here at all.

you cannot call scam when there is a clear KYC rule in their terms and conditions
and you must read the T@C first before depositing , cannot blame the casino - they could have reasons to hold your 430k withdrawal
while it is annoying to lose 45$ like that , we do not know if it was a legit win or you have been abusing their system , after all
if you want to accuse them of scam , post your proofs in the corresponding thread , namely here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

3.11. We have the right to carry out “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures and access to your Member Account may be blocked or closed if we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information.

You missed this part in their T&C. I used to play on Bitcasino but I wasn't asked to do KYC when I still gambled there and was able to withdraw hundreds of mbtc. Them blocking your account could mean that you broke their T8C maybe you have multiple accounts. You could also post here if you want to ask their forum support(karl) about your issue.
