Tried to visit your website, but i just keep getting an error "bitcino.io - Rejected the connection"
well,another one bites the dust
the site is not accessible and the owner went silent,so it is safe to assume they ceased to exist
at least this site realised it quickly and just went offline quietly before some unlucky guy won and tried to withdraw and started posting angry messages at how he was scammed 100.000 satoshis
the owner never posted his proof of funds or provably fair verifier,no SSL cerificate,no response since October 16,guys-go home there will be no dicing here

The auto-bet tool doesn't work properly. It doesn't reset to base after a win which is potentially very dangerous.

@OP .. site is very simple but thats nothing bad. Night mode looks really cool.
Do you have public coldstorage? As investor I find that quite important thing (especially for new site).
EDIT: but after looking further, I see there is lot of work to be done.

Very simple dice site with not too much colors combination which is good for long play but I dont really like the chatbox. I think you should redesign it, at least make a better font and background. The low house edge is very good to attract players, but how much is your bankroll? I cant find it anywhere, at least tell us the max profit per bet you can afford.

Our system allows users to claim faucet 15 times a day, and there should be a two minute delay between each. Due to a bug, faucet claims were not being limited and people kept claiming it until they got a win - This is called faucet farming and it isn't allowed.
What you said is true but you should fix your site bug fast otherwise you may need to face issues more because if you allow them to claim more then it is not their mistake.

There are a few reasons why this is happening.
First of all the faucet is way too high in my option, especially for a new site like this.
Second, we need to see proof of capital with a signed Bitcoin address proving they own at least > 10BTC to be able to cover their bankroll.

Looks like the faucet is broken on your site, on claiming page it says i can claim every 2 minute as long as my balance is 0, but i'm able to claim without any time limit as long as my balance was 0. better fix it before it's abused. anyways had a little bit of fun playing.

First thing that I noticed on your site is it doesn't have a max bet button. It's surprising cause it's normal for casinos to have that featured button which is often place near the start/roll button.
That's one hell of button that gamblers don't like especially when they click it accidentally and return a red result. (and casinos love that)
I'm not sure about this but I have an idea that if you'll add it, profit may increase for bitcino.
Or hire a moderator that can ban them. I guess that's the best option to remove those annoying people on the chat.

I have visited the dice site, the design looks simple and clean, but it seems that there are quite a number of users swearing and arguing with each other on the site chat room, maybe the admin could implement some functions to keep the site chat room to be better for users to communicate with each other.
Or hire a moderator that can ban them. I guess that's the best option to remove those annoying people on the chat.

We just pushed a fix for the first issue (the x2 button will no longer increase to an amount you don't have) and it should work as expected now.
Our developers are now working on a "My bets" tab and we got some marketing deals with more youtubers so we should be getting more traffic within the next couple of days. We are in beta so many improvements are to come in the next couple of days as we learn more.

Just tested your site with free money and reached to 21K Santoshi from the 250 Santoshi. Yes, bets are quite fast may be due to not many players yet on the site.
But there are few things you need to add like
I can filter only my bets on the site
When you click on double button it will simply double the amount without checking the available balance. If a person doesn't have so much balance then you should through pop up message saying that account does not have so much money.
You also should provide an option to bet all amount - currently you got only options like double or reduced to half.
Withdrawal fee you fixed to 40K but you also should provide an option to choose to set withdrawal fee if someone wants transaction faster.

However, six confirmations will be needed on all your deposits in order to withdraw for security reasons. This is part of our goal to be the most convenient dice site out there.

Our safe investment plan acts more as a loan to us instead of a investment, either way our current 1% house edge should make it sustainable. With this plan, you may invest up to 1 BTC and receive 5% interest on it as profit after a year. This plan allows us to raise capital providing higher bet limits to users. You cannot lose bitcoins with this plan, all you need is patience.
The standard investment plan has a small degree of risk, but the potential profit is much bigger. Let's say you invest 10 BTC with this plan and the house bank roll is 100 BTC. You now own 10% of the house bankroll. A player comes and loses 50 BTC making the house bank roll a total of 150 BTC. Since you own 10% of it, you just profited 15 BTC. We take a 5% cut only on profits with this plan, so you may withdraw 14.25 BTC. Anything can happen in the short run, though in the long run this plan should provide you with a very nice profit. You can withdraw your bitcoins from this plan anytime after one week passes to prevent abuse.

- We'll pay the transaction fees for level 7+ users in the future.
- Every Friday we will host a 0% house edge event for a hour for anyone above level 4. (Investors will NOT be effected by this, as we will use a spare bankroll)
