I would strongly recommend nobody install files from someone with an "anonymous hacking group icon" as their avatar.
don't use it if you don't trust it, thats what bitcoin is all about. you can run all tests you want on it, it operates inside a closed source environment that only the people inside vmware know how it works entirely, so you would have to be crazy to trust me. not only that but, i could have package so many trojans in this thing and many antiviruses would be none the wiser.
but if you look at all of that, you can use it to your advantage. you could store your wallet file directly inside the client and many people would have to idea where it was. when encryption gets in the main line client this will only increase your security because than the encrypted wallet file is inside an unknown file archive. or you can build the file yourself, i supplied everything you need except thinapp.
but don't trust me, try it out for yourself.

I packaged bitcoin inside thinapp, that is all
simply run the .exe and bitcoin will run inside a portable isolated container, all the wallet files and such will be generated inside .\Bitcoin-0.3.24\%AppData%\Bitcoin
You could also try to drop in the blockchain from your already installed client if you want, but i have not tried it yet.

I also included the build version, you must have thinapp installed for it to build. so it is only useful for people that do have thinapp. if there is a lot of interest in this, i can also build portable firefoxes with the latest flash/java/silverlight inside the package.
Some more info, if you are having weird issues with the client installed on your system, you could try this because it operates inside the package and does not try to interface with any other files on your system.
If you want a custom bitcoin build with a wallet file integrated directly in the package file, i can do it for 0.05
