It is difficult to make predictions, especially about the future.
I honestly don't think it will ever reach $10. Then again I never though it would reach 1 so could be wrong.
I guessed before July (BECAUSE I CAN).
This parity thing is getting a little weird though, people are quite obsessive about some numbers which are ultimately meaningless in relation to Bitcoin's true value.
Although, maybe we should raise the stakes, anyone prepaired to start betting over this?

It took three months from when Bitcoin touched $0.50 at MtGox until it touched $1. That compounds into an annual increase of sixteen times.
I think that rate of increase is likely to continue, therefore 1BTC will reach 10 USD within a year, unless something goes drastically wrong.

I like how the choice is this year or never. I think that's correct actually, but funny to think about.
