Nothing will happen on August 1st. The notices and alerts are just precautions.
If nothing happens that's good. Because the splitting is expected to create negative as well positive impact on the bitcoin. Everything is unpredictable and happens based on the outcome. Hope something good that won't affect the price as well the growth of the Network.

Many people fear Bitcoin' 1st Aug event and sell their Bitcoin. Technically this event won't affect Ethereum but I am not sure if ETH and Ethereum tokens price (GNT, Chronobank...) will be affected. Will you sell them too?
