There is a lot of truth I your statements but at the same time things are not so simple, if you look at human history you will see that the technological direction was not always up there were times were a lot of knowledge was lost and people needed to reinvent the wheel thousands of years later, so while bitcoin is very promising and a great technology that does not mean that success is assured.

Most likely, after the fork, we will see our first down turn as people dump the new coin for bitcoin. I know you're lost in your idealism and hopes for bitcoin being the best currency in the world, but there is a large likelihood that we will see drops towards the end of this year. After that, maybe your predictions will come true.

I totally agree with your post mate. there is always that chance that the price will go down, its the question on when will It happened, most of us predicted that it may come after the 2x, when everything is cleared, people will dump it to buy more bitcoins so that is a correction in my opinion.

Why only banks? What state is better? I believe the state of the same third party which has nothing to do in the world of bitcoin. I am surprised that many users support government regulation of the use of bitcoin. When the team is not unity this is very bad. It seems to me that all the troubles from this and we are still under the threat of a split. Therefore, it is impossible to predict what will be of bitcoin in the future and whether it will at all.

Though whatever you said is right maybe, but UP is never the only way for Bitcoin, and we all know that bitcoin is not made for just going up and if it reached this place today, it happened after a lot of ups and downs in the market, and that will continue for sure. But if we see it for long term like years, then maybe we can say it will eventually go higher at the end of every 1 or 2 years and surprise not only the ones who see it from outside from the ones as well who are inside the industry. It had already created history, and if it continued to grow for even 4 to 5 years more, no one in the world can take it out from there minds even for a while.

That's the vision of satoshi, give the power back to the people!

There is simply not a reason that we should be relying on a third party company in order to transfer funds from one place to another.

We dominated the post offices with the Electronic mail system, we dominated the newspapers with the internet, and we are going to dominate the banking system with bitcoin.

Bitcoin gives the power back to the people and that's what everyone has been looking for.

Definitely,bitcoin has revolutionized the entire world economy.
It has brought economy totally out of traditional working systems.
Block chain system in which bitcoin works only would dominate the world here after.
It has been the worst nightmare for wall street people and bankers as well.
More people had already realized about bitcoin and they just buy bitcoins without revealing its potential to others.

No. Bitcoin can't go this bullish all year long. There may be a few dips along the way. But its gonna be a healthy correction. After the scheduled fork, there will be dumping because some may cash it out for profit, others will go back to altcoin and start trading it again. While the rest will just hold. However, I'm leaning towards a price drop after segwit2x but no need to be disappoint because its a normal process and soon it will consolidate and we will see the price going to push and test $8000-$9000.

it has started but most people who realize this are keeping silent so that they can buy more while the price is still pretty low.

oh and about your main Poll which you seem to have forgotten about. the correction happened 2 days ago. from $7590 down to $6922 which is a 8.8% correction.

OK. I get your point. All I can say is that bitcoin has really threaten and shaken the financial industry globally. And it gonna be unstoppable and not even a country can halt this revolution. So if I were you dude, try to buy as much bitcoin as you can because the future is really looking great. And we don't care what the bankers will say about bitcoin today. And another piece of advise, stop buying that drugs using your bitcoin, its a total waste of resources and money. Wink
